Back in May 2013 I went to view a flat in Chislehurst. It was beautifully refurbished to a very high spec. and I instantly fell in love with the place and the surrounding area. I then met my Landlord Neil Durrant to discuss all the paperwork etc. He was nothing but kindness itself, very approachable, informative and professional in every sense of the word. A year ago my long-term tenants unexpectedly had to move out from my property due to financial difficulties.
