Very rude staff in the lane 7 on Grafton Street. My boyfriend and I spent nearly 50€ for a game on bowling with our two drinks. My boyfriend has a broken foot and the boot he has to wear makes him take longer when walking and doing things which the staff were visibly aware of.
We only had one of our drinks, and had ordered our second one which took 10 minutes alone to be served to us. We were halfway through our game and while I was in the bathroom and very rude lady demanded we leave the bowling alley as another booking had arrived. By the time I had gotten back my boyfriend was already kicked off standing at another table. The staff are very rude here and dismissive.

It is unfair considering the circumstances to kick us off only halfway through the game, not to mention the time and money spent wasted, instead of asking the next booking to wait a couple minutes.

We also witnessed another couple get kicked off too. Terrible service, get this sorted.

I would definitely recommend this arcade to all my friend it was 10/10 so much fun!!!!

The place itself is actually ok but the back lane where there bins are are horrendous so if back lanes are like this I dread to think Wat the kitchen is like

Went to the Lane7 in Newcastle on St.James’ boulevard for bowling with the family and had a wonderful time. Initially only booked two games, but it was so much fun and the atmosphere was so lovely, we just had to go for a third.

The staff were very friendly and attentive too. Would definitely go again and again.

Went here for my birthday and it was amazing!!

Bowling was really good drinks and service was good only bad thing about the place is the bouncer. I came in at the start with my girlfriend and was humiliated by the bouncer from the start, asking me for id but didn’t ask my girlfriend. I left to take out cash for a taxi and the bouncer was intensely asking me where I was going and I said I’m getting something and when I came back the bouncer gave out to me because I was already in there. Weird vibes from the fella but overall the inside was a good experience

Our visit was a mess from the start. Staff acted like they didn’t want groups there, even though they offer packages advertised online. We paid for 4 arcade cards and waited hours….only to get 3. The excuse? They “ran out,” which is ridiculous since we were one of the early customers. We only got a refund for that one missing card! Nothing for the poor service or delays. Tried to solve the situation with wanted us to leave.

Staff were unprofessional and slow. I had to collect our own drinks even though service was included and they said they’re going to serve them. All 8 drinks from the package were randomly handed to us at once (we were 4 people)why would we drink all at once, no thought or care. The manager was rude, constantly interrupted while we tried to explain the situation, and made the situation worse instead of helping.

It was expensive, frustrating, and badly managed. I left feeling completely dissatisfied. Definitely wouldn’t recommend Lane7 Dublin for group events or trying to have a good time.

Paid for an hour but we were only allowed play for 45 mins. Our start was delayed due to the earlier booking running over. When we asked to start a second game for the final 15mins we were told we would have to pay for another game. The lane we were on (7) was smaller than usual also, felt like a kids bowling lane. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We had a 10th birthday party, unfortunately not all kids could make it (tummy bugs) and what was a 30 guest party turned to a 21 guest party. Have paid a full deposit of 300 euro we were then told no refund would be made and we couldn't use the overpayment against drinks or other activities. So best not having your kids party here as we all know there is always those who drop out at the last minute. Most establishments would just charge for those participating or give you a voucher or a refund but not here. Disappointing and wont be back. We will stick with the trusty Leisureplex for future parties at least they have somewhere to sit also!

Visited for the first time earlier this month, after booking online. When we arrived, no members of staff were in sight, there was no clear direction of where to go and we were left stood confused for a few minutes until an employee in civvies greeted us to ask if we'd booked. She led us to the counter and asked details of our booking, then asked if we wanted drinks in a slightly impatient tone. When all was answered, the lady led us to the golfing area, picked our clubs out and gave us instruction as to how we should navigated to holes. We were finished fairly quickly and left with no choice but to leave as all arcade machines were overpriced card only machines and all visible members of staff were behind the counter paying us no mind. Not the worst experience but I wouldn't recommend it before considering other places. Will not be visiting such an unwelcoming place again.

The experience was disappointing and overpriced. Lane 7 city centre - We arrived on time and paid €26 for bowling. Due to delays at the tills, our start time was pushed back. We only managed to play one game, despite being told we’d get a second. Staff at the front desk were unhelpful and rude throughout. Altogether, we got just 15 minutes of playtime—not worth the money.

Booked a lane at lane 7 and when I went I was told they had issues with the lanes and would be emailed with an option to book a double game at another date as compensation. Email never came and so I called to just ask for a refund, I was told they didn't do refunds and that they would have to ask their sales team. During this whole process the customer service was horrible and the staff were incredibly rude, telling me to stop talking because they don't do refunds (even though I was denied the service due to their own issues). In the end the refund was approved and I am now waiting for it to come back, however I would never recommend this place to anyone. On top of all of this, the "arcade" section is a small area with broken games that barely work and the photo booth barely works as well. Awful customer service and a bad establishment overall.

The venue was really nice. Sadly the customer service is awful - there was an issue with our voucher, and I am still waiting after more than two weeks for it to be resolved. Very disappointing.

A couple of the arcade machines weren’t working but overall we had a good time :) drinks were good, if a little expensive but that’s expected, there was bowling, pool, a Photo Booth, individual bathrooms thank god and picnic benches on the outside for smokers
