Wrong format/corrupted files - no support
Ordered a specific manual on 3/3/26 for my Mercedes W176 A250 Sport to use on my Mac - received a windows ‘.7z’ file - needless to say it won’t work. Borrowed a friend’s PC to try and use it to do the job I desperately needed it for - wouldn’t unzip as the files were corrupted!
Attempted contact through the website app - no response, tried to contact via email - again no response.
Extremely irritating and disappointing waste of money - be warned.
