Hi, Andy. Thank you for leaving us a review. I'm glad everything went smoothly for you! Thanks, Tom - Landscaping Direct.
no notification
it would have been helpful if I was given notification for what day and approximate time the delivery was coming. No notification given just a phone call that they were at the site waiting to offload.

Hi, Leslie, sorry you didn't get an update ahead of delivery - you certainly should have had a tracking email and/or contact from the hauliers in advance, so I apologise that this didn't happen. Tom - Landscaping Direct.
Damaged order was replaced without problem
Ordered 3 packs of jointing compound. 2 tubs had external damage but only one was actually unusable. Photos of damage uploaded and replacement was delivered 2 days later. 4 stars because price was much lower than local builders merchants so good value.

Excellent customer communication
Really pleased with the cobbles I ordered. A good price and excellent quality. I wasn’t expecting them to be so good for price paid. The communication about delivery was also top notch. Will use the company again should I need to.

Hi, Margaret. Sorry to see your 1-star review. Apologies that the fixings were missing from your initial delivery in error. As soon as we were made aware on the Thursday afternoon, we arranged for the fixings pack to be sent out to you on the Friday which we feel was a quick resolution, but I appreciate your frustrations. Best wishes, Tom - Landscaping Direct.

We've since improved the way we communicate delivery updates by providing a link for courier tracking as soon as it's available, so if you order again in future you should find this to be the case!
