Lancashire Textiles Anmeldelser

The duvets I ordered are great. The only problem I had was my Amazon delivery. I don't buy anything from Amazon for ethical reasons. Their delivery driver only delivered one of them, I contacted you and you sorted it out. I got an email from Amazon at 12.05pm to say it would be delivered between 12.00 - 16.00 that day. I was going out, I changed delivery instructions to my back door. I got home and it was at my front door, advertising an empty house to the thousands of people who go past my house daily.

Excellent product and service

I'm very pleased with the suede triangular wedge headboard cushion - it's well made, high quality and very comfortable. It was well packaged and delivered very quickly. I'm happy to recommend Lancashire Textiles and will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

We purchased the Super King Size Sleep on a Cloud Mattress Topper for £211.59 in August to help ease our hip and back pain from sleeping on a hard mattress. The first night was promising—we woke up without any discomfort and felt like we had found the solution. Based on the positive reviews, we thought this was a good option.

However, after the third night and onwards, the topper became flat and lumpy. It ended up being worse than just sleeping on the hard mattress. For the price, we expected much more than one night of comfort. It’s such a waste of our hard-earned money, and we are very disappointed that the quality hasn't held up.

We wouldn’t recommend spending your money on this product. Instead, consider investing directly in a memory foam topper from a reputable company—it will save you money in the long run. Due to work commitments, we couldn’t write this review sooner, but we felt it was important to share our experience. Unfortunately, the Sleep on a Cloud Mattress Topper didn’t meet our expectations. Don’t waste your money on this product.

First class service. Topper delivered on time and is extremely comfortable, now getting a good night's sleep

The mattress topper is amazing! It’s so thick and bouncy! It looks as thick as some mattresses, so why pay a fortune for a new mattress when this mattress topper does the job and more!
It’s so soft and cosy, it’s just perfect!

Very good products. Arrived quickly.

Great service and quality. Would 100% recommend 😊

Great value, good quality beautifully finished bed linen. Fast delivery. Have ordered lots of different things in the past and all been good.

Bought a seconds mattress topper for a spare bed. Very reasonably priced and can’t find anything wrong with it. British made. Very quick service. Well done.

Easy to order and delivery arrived on time. Product met expectations. The wedge headboard cushions are super soft and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I had a question about products which I bought from Lancashire Textile. They replied to my question on the prompt. They have lovely customer service.

New duvet Made in Great Britain ❤, delivered a day earlier than first advised. Great price, construction as described. Unwrapped the bundle and its puffed out like when bread dough rises 😁. Can't try it yet its hot weather and this is 13.5 tog. Happy with my purchase !!

Fantastic- great quality product and sent quickly. Would recommend.

I can only give you 4 Stars as your delivery method chosen let you down. I had to contact you as there was no tracking information available from your courier after it didn't arrive on that day.
The product quality was exellent and we are very happy with it once it finally arrived later than the courier promised which was a pity and left us having to stay in not knowing when it was coming until the courier and yourselves finally informed us it was arriving that day which it did very late?
