Dear Henri
I just wanted to thank you for your exceptional assistance during my recent purchase of a replacement lampshade. Your knowledge and guidance were incredibly helpful. I was especially impressed that you reached out to the manufacturer to double-check for me, which really helped put my mind at ease. I truly appreciate your patience and the effort you took to ensure I was completely satisfied with my selection.
Thanks again for such excellent service – I’ll definitely be recommending you to others! And I will keep coming back.

Bought a £200 coatrack which was supplied and delivered without the required fixings in the box. Lampmasters refused to send the fixings out to me after, this has been going on for 3 weeks now. Every time they request another picture. Send a picture of the box. Then send a picture of the instructions manual. Send a picture of the coatrack. Send a picture of the code on the coatrack (there isn't one). Send another picture of the box.
They send out items without the fixings (which state they are included) but aren't, then instead of solving the issue, they just mess you around til you give up. I would never purchase from them again and would recommend that nobody does.

I ordered the Pleat Box 24 Pendant E14 Grey/Gold by Marset. Extremely competitively priced, and arrived over the Christmas period quickly, undamaged and very well packed free of charge. Very satisfied with the experience.

Item arrived damaged and I'm still waiting for a response from their 'claims' team over a week later... Not great!

Great item and very fast delivery

Ordered the Frandsen Ball Wall Lamp in Glossy Mint. Looks fab! Our walls are a very similar colour to the light, so it works perfectly.

Still not received my parcel, order was placed in November. Lamp masters have sent my parcel/order out with only part of my address on it therefore courier is unable to deliver been a disaster trying to contact courier to rectify the problem now 19th December and no parcel very disappointed customer.

Really nice lights. The 3-mode switch-dimming means we can create different moods in the rooms without changing our switches.
