To be honest I really like the lights…
To be honest I really like the lights but the only problem was with shipping I guess because Eid that bulbs came most of them broken. I have raised the concern with the team let’s see if any solution will be given. Thank you !!
Overall I would recommend others to buy product from here only .

I have not received my order even though I have received emails saying it’s been delivered, this is outrageous

No information on order shipment after 1 week
My rating is based on my experience of the lack of information received after placing an order. I placed an order on September 18th, and received the confirmation email right away. Since then, I haven't received any update on the shipment and tracking the order on the website is not possible. When I click on the order tracking option, I am redirected to an FAQ style page, and not a tracking app or page. I emailed the customer service on September 23rd and should expect a reply in up to 5 days. A week after placing an order I still don't know if the order has been shipped or when it will be shipped.

The prices drew me in
The prices drew me in. Very reasonably priced, and sales are great. Very quick delivery. The outdoor lights are not metal - they are plastic. I don't mind as metal will sooner wear than plastic. The light fixtures are real glass. Overall very happy
