Really pleased with my selection of lightweight dress fabric for this hot weather - linen, cotton lawn and seersucker.
Arrived neatly packaged and much to my surprise the day after I had placed my order.

Lamazi Fabrics is one of the best fabric companies I have ever visited. Liana is so focussed when buying her magnificent supply of fabrics, patterns and notions. She chooses so well. Arranging a visit is worthwhile although the Lamazi Fabrics website is full of inspiration. Her knowledge is superb and a quick email if you need some advice is never a problem. I have purchased hundreds of metres of various fabric types and have never been disappointed. Living away from the mainland has never been an issue. Liana, James and their staff are always there for you. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been ordering from Lamazi Fabrics since late 2025 and have consistently had good experiences. The extensive range of fabrics feel thoughtfully chosen and beautifully matched and grouped. I’ve been particularly pleased with the quality of their knit and viscose fabrics.
Fabric descriptions are thorough regarding weight, drape and stretch, which I’ve found extremely helpful when ordering online for sewing projects. The website is easy to navigate and is beautifully displayed - I love browsing their collections!
Lamazi also hold regular You Tube updates showcasing their latest arrivals ( usually Fridays I think). These are great for inspiration on matching fabrics and patterns.
Orders have arrived well packaged and communication has always been friendly and helpful.

I bought a kit from here and was very pleased with the quality of the fabric and the pattern. When I ran into a problem understanding the construction technique, I contacted the Lamazi team who then contacted the design team. A quick explanation and I was able to complete my project. Highly recommend Lamazi Fabrics for wide range of gorgeous fabrics and excellent customer service.

what an absolute gem of a website. I cannot rate this company highly enough, the team that own the company are as passionate about dressmaking as i am, and this makes such a difference. They understand fabric and patterns and how to pair them, Lianas' knowledge of colour and what goes with what is just brilliant. No question is too small, the service is personal, quick and just everything that you'd want it to be. The quality of the fabric and patterns are like no where else, and at excellent prices too. Although officially you can't visit them, if you email them you could make an appointment, and their open days are amazing, so i'd highly recommend checking out their website for all their details, I love watching their live on Youtube too, they show the current fabrics and great pattern ideas.
I would avoid this company as they lack any kind of empathy in their customer service …. I bought what I thought was 2 metres of fabric from SHOP app where it stated £8.50 nothing else, I only received a metre as the above was the price for half metres. They have refused to help even though I was misled big time with this purchase even though I bought in good faith from their company but not on their website. They should stand by the receipt of my order, nowhere states half metres
At no time did I send threatening emails I just promised reviews stating the facts. It wasn’t until I sent you the text from ChatGPT that pointed out I had a fair complaint that you offered me a refund. You were belligerent and unhelpful … I had no idea that the quantities were I half metres and no way of knowing I wasn’t on your website I bought in good faith and nowhere stated it was for half metres, and even though
I was on an App it was your company I bought from ultimately maybe you need to check if third party apps sell your products that they have the correct info. I can list the whole email here if you’d prefer to prove my point. Plus the Chat gpt transcript which is totally unbiased

We are disappointed to see this review. As we have advised we sell our fabrics in half metre increments and this is very clearly listed on every single fabric listing on our website (and within our website system used to add to the basket). This is also written in capitals in the descriptions on our listings which the Shop app has actually imported into Shop so it is not at all correct to say the listing in Shop is misleading.
After you contacted us with your threatening messages to confirm you used a third party Shop app to purchase the fabric and that you would write reviews in all social media and Trustpilot we confirmed again that we do not have any control over the Shop app but have checked and every single fabric listing has within the description that we sell in half metres in capital letters so there is no misinformation anywhere on either our website (which we run) or the Shop app (which we can’t control). Following receiving threatening and aggressive emails from you we happily confirmed we would accept a return of the fabric for a full refund.
You will see from our other reviews from many satisfied and regular customers that we are a friendly and caring couple that run Lamazi Fabrics and that we do our best for our customers but we cannot send free fabric as a result of threats of negative reviews due to the misunderstanding of a third party app that we have no control of.

The fabric is so lovely, but mine arrived with a few clip marks on it where I think it’s been held in its roll. I didn’t have time to return, so I washed it and the marks haven’t come out, which is annoying. Anyway that’s my fault for not returning immediately, however, I also asked for colour-matched thread in my order, and they ended up sending out two threads which were different colours to the ones showing alongside their fabric as the colour match in the photo. The one in the photo is a much better colour match than what I’ve been sent. I emailed them five days ago asking for the threads shown in the images, but had no response so far, so don’t rate their customer service.
Great quality fabric and super fast delivery will buy again
Only just discovered Lamazi - fabulous selection of fabrics of great quality making it very difficult to chose. So my bank balance has taken a bit of a hit lol. Not only that delivery is very fast. Highly recommended
