Lakeland Leather Anmeldelser

A great company, with beautiful products. I bought a purse and I absolutely love it. If I had to improve one thing, it would be the card slots could be a tiny bit wider as it is a bit difficult to get the cards in and out.

Great choices. Great quality. Arrived quickly. Love my new leather shoulder bag and purse, thank you.
Would recommend.

I purchased a navy handbag which is exactly as described. Lovely quality leather and a competitive price.

Ordered four bags recently one of which still had the security tag in it - not impressed. Contacted Customer Services who suggested I take it in any store to get it removed. I wasn’t going to do that and then I was told to package it up and return it. I didn’t have any packaging to send it back so asked them to send some to me together with a label for free return - that didn’t go down well either. All I wanted was for the security tag to be removed and the bag sent back to me but no they are going to return my money and I’ve got to reorder the item again. Well I won’t be doing that. Why is it that nobody listens to what you say nowadays. Don’t think I’ll be shopping at Lakeland Leather again.

Very pleased with the quality of this wallet. Well manufactured. Excellent service and prompt delivery.

The bag is excellent 5stars for the bag but delivery was a nightmare

Very happy with my new wallet. It was delivered on time, no problems. Thanks.

All their products are beautifully made, the website is easy to use, delivery is fast and you are kept informed of the parcels journey. Products arrive very well packaged.
I would highly recommend

Needed a small bag for special occasions - this one in navy is perfect - beautifully made in soft quality leather and looks lovely with day or summer evening wear. Delivered within 2 days of ordering - excellent service. So pleased I bought from Lakeland Leather.

Bought a pair of sheepskin slippers from Lakeland leather, used around the house only and the soles have split across the ball of the foot though there is still plenty of tread left on the shoes, after less than a year. Wear and tear apparently. I'll stick to the Next slippers that are 3 times cheaper and last twice as long.

Beautiful bag great quality. Easy ordering & fast delivery

I had previously pichased a leather bag from Lakeland Leather. I wanted toget the correct cleaner to protect the investment. I ordered online and it was delivered 3 days later.
I wanted to know more about the care of my bag and when I received a courtesy email. I asked about this and was given a swift reply with all information and more! I cannot fault this company's attention to theiir products or the quality of the service they offer to their customers.i have no hesitation in giving Lakeland Leather my full endorsement.

Nice quality product, promptly delivered at a reasonable price. Thank you Lakeland

The service was great and purse right size but unfortunately I couldn’t get all my cards in.

Fast delivery, excellent quality products.

I had looked at this item in my local store and thought it was a little over priced. How happy was I to discover it at a much cheaper price on the internet.

Ordered a jacket & it arrived less than 2 days later. No charge for postage. First class service, packaged beautifully.

The jacket itself is made of premium quality leather; would highly recommend this company.
