Product was perfect for the job I needed it for, nice quality, good price and delivery was fast

Excellent fast service.
Quality product

As Roy Keane says “it’s their job!”. And yes, you could question why you would write a review about someone just doing their job, but when someone does - it’s such a blessing! I had been looking for a lightweight smock and happened upon Lakeland Country’s website. It was an easy user interface, simple but specific. I found a great smock, at a fantastic price, but had a query about sizing. I took the plunge and called. My call was answered by a woman who was clear, bright and efficient. She never put me on hold, went to find the actual garment to measure and gave sound advice. I wish I had taken her name…I ordered said smock at 10ish on Friday. It arrived by Royal Mail at 10ish the next morning! Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish! So, if like me, you just want someone to do their job, then Lakeland Country is that someone!

Bought 2 medium fleeces but too big. So ordered 2 small and they are ok and for the price excellent quality. Gave medium fleeces to wife she is delighted.

Easy ordering , good price , quick delivery , would definitely use again.

Great service, speedy delivery and high quality product at a reasonable price. Bought as a gift and I’m sure recipient will be very happy with them.

Would definitely recommend Lakeland Country and would use again.

Great service and price. About 30% off of the retail price. Saved £50 for just a quick look at my phone after looking in a shop who didnt have the size I wanted. I ordered this over a bank holiday and by Wednesday it was in my hands and this was on a standard delivery option. Great fit and jacket for the sun. Just the thing for a cool evening or sat with your sleaves roled up with a drafty wind on the beach etc.

Very professional. Sent wrong item but dealt with it brilliantly. Within 24 hrs I had replacement and free return.

Prompt service.

Nice comfortable product as described correctly sized for a mid layer. I wish more of the colour options were still available. Delivery not the quickest but as quoted.

Very prompt service

Had an issue with a product as it was faulty and the customer service team quickly sorted the issue. They were very quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Product was faulty through no fault of their own as it was a manufacturing defect. Brilliant experience shopping with them.

Fabulous customer service, ordered too big a size and very helpful ladies sorted me out with the right size. Great quality coat. Definitely recommend.

Excellent fit and quality. Very pleased with the shirt.

Excellent company to deal with. Very easy to use website and good pricing with fantastic communication.

Ordered a few items of clothing for me and my son for wildlife photography. We each a Jack Pyke Rannoch jkt and Jack Pyke Weardale trousers . I also had a Deerhunter gamekeeper pro jkt . All items arrived within 3 working days and we are delighted with both the quality of all the items . We live in the highlands so good kit is paramount. The Jack Pyke jkt and trousers are amazing for the cost . Waterproof ,wind proof comfy to wear and silent . The Deer hunter jkt is a quality piece of kit and Lakeland had it at an unbelievable price . All in all really pleased

I ordered boxing day morning and received on the 28th and I'm not even a loyal customer it's the 1st time using this company, the website was clear easy to navigate and well laid out with great filters to narrow down exactly what I was looking for, plenty of payment options and no unnecessary transfer between sites, details for delivery were on time and precise I've now saved this site as my 1st go-to for any further purchase.
