The best customer service.
I recently ordered a DeerHunter smock from Lakeland Country. I came across a difficulty on their website where it would not allow me to put the order through however did take the money. I contacted them via their website's contact us page and received a response within an hour (on a Sunday) of submitting my enquiry. I had a lovely person called Joanna email me who sorted my problem straight away and offered 24h tracked postage as compensation. I then came across an issue (Royal Mail problem) where the parcel was still undelivered due to the post service continually not attempting delivery. I emailed Joanna who again speedily resolved the issue by sending out another coat via 24h tracked. I could not be happier with the service, product and everything from this company. If you want to buy something and know you will be looked out for by amazing customer service individuals, this is the right company. Big shout out to Joanna who was incredible throughout. Thank you so much.
