Ho ordinato una pelle di nappa che mi occorreva per una riparazione su una pelliccia di visone. Non intendendomene, sono stata aiutata telefonicamente nell'acquisto tra le tantissime proposte presenti nel negozio on line. La pelle è bellissima, morbidissima ed era esattamente ciò che ci voleva per la riparazione. L'ordine è stato evaso con puntualità e precisione, l'articolo era perfettamente imballato. Ho apprezzato molto l'eticità della "mission" aziendale (reimmettere nel mercato le giacenze di magazzino delle eccellenze del settore), del resto in linea con la mia decisione di ridare nuova vita a un capo vintage.

Sono molto soddisfatta perché i materiali che mi avete inviato sono molto belli e di ottima qualità.

This is an excellent professional company to deal with from purchasing to returns if you need to.

I had a great experience dealing with them where I purchased a leather hide which arrived and was excellent quality but the wrong colour shade.

I contacted Lucia at Lagarzarara and they came straight back and were happy to receive the return and said if I could send a sample of what I want they would be happy to try and match the colour
I paid to return the item and sent a sample to Italy. Then, the courier emailed me stating the tax needed to be paid. I then informed Lagarzarara and they promptly paid the customs so things could go smoothly.
Their service is excellent and I highly rate this company's attitude to customers in a time when good customer service is serverly lacking, they buck that trend.
5 star service without a doubt.

Beautiful product, exactly what I wanted and so soft and super, strong quality and an extremely happy with the leather. However, I was not told that I would have to pay tariffs on it through FedEx afterwards and that really upped the end price.
