The team at LeCure recommended an amazing villa in Jamaica. It exceeded our expectations. Working with a concierge was most helpful when deciding activities for our trip. With transportation, meals and activities preplanned, we were able kick back and relax the entire trip. I would highly recommend working with Miggy and Olden.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The house was clean and well- maintained. The staff treated my family with so much care and make sure we were safe. We had an awesome time and did not want to leave but we will definitely be back!!!! 🇯🇲🌴

DO NOT USE this company. They will ruin your holiday. They are liars. Recommended by American Express to use and they sold me wrong villa. Even when I pointed out they mistake they still ignored until the last minute. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE TO USE THIS COMPANY!

Florina is the best concierge in all of Tulum. Not only has she planned two separate trips for me, but has become one of my closest friends. She made our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible and truly does it all. Thank you Flora for everything you did for us. I’ll see you soon!

We stayed a week at Roaring Pavilion, Ocho Rios, Jamaica over the holiday break in December. One word to describe our stay - PARADISE. Our vacation was a dream, thanks to the great staff at LaCure who took care of every detail to ensure we had an incredible experience. We are a very busy family of 5 with two kids away at university, and combined with Covid, it had been a long time since we had been away together and was really looking forward to a special experience. This trip was nothing short of amazing. Before the start of the vacation, the Lacure staff communicated with us for all our requests and needs and provided information and travel details that helped make our planning and travels smooth. We arrived late at night and the whole house staff stayed to give us the most heartwarming welcome. The villa is absolutely stunning! We spent most of our days just relaxing and swimming in the infinity pool which was much more beautiful than we expected from the on-line pictures. The view over our private beach and into the sea was just paradise. The staff were so warm and friendly and went above and beyond to take care of our needs all day long. We absolutely loved our butler Roy who was up at dawn and stayed into the late nights with us. We dined al fresco every meal overlooking the sea. Johanna, our chef, made the most delicious homemade Jamaican dishes. Her homemade ice cream was such a hit! We loved the open design of the villa, bringing the outdoors inside. The decor was absolutely beautiful with little thoughtful personal touches. The bedding and linens were so luxurious. The housekeepers Andrea and Georgia kept the place immaculate and the laundress Andrene did our laundry whenever needed. In the afternoons, Cristine came by and we had massages in the spa. Beautiful flower gardens and a river also runs through this gem. It was the perfect place for us all to unwind and relax together and just indulge in the beauty and luxury surrounding us. A BIG thank you to LaCure, especially our concierge Esteban and our Domo Winston, and all the staff at Roaring Pavilion for making our stay such an incredible experience and helping our family make such special memories that we will cherish forever.

Our trip to Turks & Caicos was one of the best vacations we have ever been on, and that was largely due to the great staff at LaCure. They helped us with everything from where to go in the Caribbean to finding the perfect villa to suit our needs. Both the LaCure concierge and the local concierge went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us with anything we needed. The villa was everything that we expected and more. Truly could not have been happier. Booking with LaCure alleviated the small stresses of visiting somewhere you have never been and allowed us to truly relax on our vacation. They even helped us negotiate a discounted rate for an extra night when our flight was canceled. We couldn’t have asked for more I plan to book every vacation I can with them in the future.

I had the pleasure to stay at Villa Rosa in Montego Bay Jamaica late November. I have traveled all over the world and stayed at numerous places. Hands down, this was my most AMAZING stay ever! My daughter invited our family to join her at Villa Rosa. When we arrived we were greeted by our driver Odean. He was so personable and highly professional. Odean shared a lot of history and insight to places and things we were observing.
Once we arrived at the Villa we were immediately greeted by the most amazing staff ever. They had refreshments ready to serve. OMG, you talk about feeling special! They introduced themselves and explained they were there to help us in every way possible. Let me tell you, they went above and beyond making us comfortable. We wanted for absolutely nothing!
The butlers Casheiff Brown and Mukou Morris were simply outstanding. The chef Mark Thomas made the most delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The housekeepers Donna Brown and Natoya Reid keep everything looking so beautiful throughout the Villa and especially our rooms. They washed and ironed our clothes daily. The gardeners Omar Williams and Onis kept everything looking so beautiful on a daily basis. The Security Guard made us feel so safe and secure at all times,
I told all my friends and family members they must visit Villa Rosa. We are already planning a return trip sometime in May!

Lacure overall was great. There was a slight hiccup with our wire. The bank would not allow me to send a wire without converting the funds to the receiving country currency. The bank charged Lacure a conversion fee of $900 plus USD which was in turn passed on to me. That was never communicated and was unexpected. Outside of that, Lacure was great in terms of the concierge service they provided. What we should expect upon arrival, along with food and other extras were clearly outlined. Our flight plans changed at the last minute and Esteban made sure transportation was in place for all impacted. Everytime I called or emailed he always provided an update. Our stay at Happy Hour was nothing short of amazing. Thank you Lacure for everything!

We arrive at the Villa and after the slightly scary but breathtaking trek up to the house, a gate opens beckoning us inside. The walk to the front door helps build anticipation until we enter the threshold where our sense of sight is immediately enveloped by beauty. I’m sure there were a few of us who wondered if our lived experience would and/or could match that of the digital one shown in your marketing. There was no disappointment, it would and did! Your marketing accurately captures the beauty of this tranquil, modern home away from home.

Your selection of José to be the face of Dare to Dream in Costa Rica is nothing short of brilliant. José listens to the needs of your guests and then through the fog of our dreams, creates the experience we were trying to articulate. Throughout our stay we often marveled at José’s skill at being invisible and then arriving to fulfill a need we thought of, but had not yet made known. It was like he was the living embodiment of the “Instagram Algorithm” which knows our patterns and suggests stories that pair to our liking. José is truly a master at his craft and is an amazing representation of your organization.

The chef experience was amazing. It was like going to a five star restaurant without leaving home. The food, service and ambiance provided wonderful memories for all of us.

The “outdoor kitchen” and “swim up” bar of the pool are perfect and were also used throughout the week. This is an example of thoughtful designing.

We appreciated the security measures taken to ensure we the guests were/are safe. Working cameras and alarm system as well as the gate that allows us to decide who entered the property added a sense of well-being especially since we are not from the area/country.

We do appreciate you sharing your home with us and are 100% looking forward to experiencing your newest mountaintop wonder once completed. (#FirstGuests)

I used LaCure Villas for booking my family vacation at Sweet Spot Villa August 2021, and my experience was exceptional. Customer service is very important in the consumers experience and they provided excellent service. LaCure responded quickly to my initial inquiry and any other questions during the booking process. Sweet Spot Villa was an absolute paradise, and I thank LaCure for communicating my needs with the Villa’s staff making my experience a dream. I wanted to take a few days to reflect on our trip to Turks and Caicos. For years, my husband and I have discussed vacationing here and it was nothing short of amazing. The booking process was smooth and seamless. Olden and Melody at LaCure were absolutely easy to work with and provided a detailed checklist of pre-travel responsibilities.

The onsite Concierge Team, Darnell Jones and staff (Terry and Marie) were absolutely amazing. Everything was handled from the airport transfer to dinner reservations and more. As a business owner, I know the importance of service with excellence. Truly, Darnell and her team not only understand excellence, they know how to execute it. They were attentive to our needs and were able to anticipate requests before we even asked. WOW!!

The Villa was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The steps were a little narrow, so Darnell made sure to demonstrate how to navigate safely. I appreciated that greatly. During our stay, our AC went out and I texted Darnell at 3am. She not only responded, but she was able to arrange for us to stay at another Villa which was absolutely breathtaking. We stayed there while the AC system was being replaced. Darnell's team jumped into action, helping us pack and move a few things over. They went over and beyond. Terry and Marie were professional and were so accommodating to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Whatever we needed, they made it happen.

There were so many wonderful things the team did to make our stay feel like our own luxury get-a-way. For example, our drivers were absolutely amazing and we loved the owner, Mr. Harold. He personally picked us up several times and made sure we were taken care of. Every restaurant knew that we were celebrating our Anniversary, which I thought was another demonstration of going the extra mile.

Overall, what I appreciated the most about our entire experience, was Darnell's ability to over-communicate, handle every opportunity with a smile and her dedication to ensuring that we had an amazing time. She is truly the REAL MVP of the team and I have already recommended her to several friends and family. We will be back again and we look forward to seeing our new family at The Source Turks & Caicos.

My experience with LaCure was amazing!! I found out about LaCure through another friend that was also very pleased by their services.Everything in my villa was perfect from the chefs tasty food to the Butler that worked above and beyond our expectations.The Villa looked just like the pictures provided ❤️Anything that me and my family needed before and during the trip was taken care of quickly by LaCure.I will definitely be using them again in the future.

LaCure Villas did a fantastic job with my entire experience with our trip to St. Lucia. They were in constant communication with me and gave me a sense of security traveling out of the Country. We recently traveled to Turks and Caicos with another close family and had a wonderful vacation curated by LaCure Villas. We were both traveling with children under 2 years old and the booking team as well as the local onsite staff went out of their way to make sure the adults and babies were well taken care of and enjoyed every minute of our stay.
