Customer service is not helpful with returns. They make it way too hard to get your money back if you don’t like a product.

So far on EVERY NOT SO GREAT Comment made on Trustpilot says precisely same, they cant find that you ever purchased anything from LaCelie. I call that BS. Bad Liars! Lololol
Reading reviews, look at 4 star, 1 star & 2 star reviews & compare. The more stars the shorter & sweeter the reviews are and this 1 & 2 stars reviews i find rather lengthy but the companys remarks are mostly same, we cant find any order from u! Stay away from majority of these companies. Those tictac products are all mostly Chinese so just do the same thing & DONT LOOK BACK AT CHINA ANYTHING. Their Teacups on tictac sell for 19.99+/ea and are $2/ea regularly for the exact same thing on TEMU.
Just say NO to China!

The best things about aw company...especially an online company, is how responsive they are! I cannot say enough positive things. Quick, polite, and efficient...amazing!

I agree with other reviewers that canceling a shipment or canceling the subscription is not a typical experience with a reputable company. After using the Body Sculpt for 30 days, not only did I not discern any difference in my skin texture, I felt that there was zero moisturizing happening and my skin actually looked worse because it was less hydrated. I decided to cancel my subscription online and received a message that I needed to wait 30 days after receiving that second shipment in order to cancel. This product is not inexpensive, comes in a very small container, and my skin looked as if I had put nothing on it 15 minutes after using it. Given the size of the bottle, I chose to use it exclusively on my arms and easily went through it in just under 4 weeks. I bought an unknown product on the internet, believed the reviews, and now feel foolish. Lesson learned.

Horrible return policy! They make you jump through completely unnecessary hoops! First, even though I had the order number I had to take a picture of the product, email it to them and then wait for their return email with instructions. Next, I had to return it via USPS which was fine, but what I objected to is they required I then email them the tracking number. So essentially this took three or four communications via email to get this product returned! I did eventually get a refund but as a result I will never buy anything from LaCélie again. It feels like they are being dishonest. Trying to make the return so complicated that many people skip it. I am retired and organized and had the time to take all these extra steps which I imagine many people do not.

Great product

I received notice this morning that my second bottle of the vitamin c serum was being shipped. It would have been helpful if I had gotten prior notification because I haven't used even 1/4 of the bottle. I would have changed the date on my subscription had I known another bottle was being shipped.
Another complaint is that I found out that I couldn't have even cancelled my subscription without having first accepted two bottles of the product. Who has ever heard of such a thing? Ridiculous!! They told me it is somewhere in the small print. I have many other subscriptions for various products with other companies and never have I ever encountered this policy. Think twice before subscribing with this one!!

Guys…this product is made in china and has taken a month to get to me. I got the vitamin c serum and was shocked by the wait time. When I finally got my shipping notification the address was from china. This product is not worth it. Avoid at all costs.

Customer service was very quick to respond and I had my shipping info promptly!
