Crazy good prices, but the support team takes a very long time to respond. The servers are really good and fast for the price, but sometimes you can wait days—or even one to two weeks—to get a response.

I promised my friends that I would open the server yesterday, so I bought the server 3 days ago but this stupid dumpling couldnt provision the server EVEN THO I BOUGHT IT 3 DAYS AGO

i would rate higher due to servers itself being very reliable and easy to access, however as of now im not going to use them becuse ive been waiting at least 10 days to get a problem solved through support with my dashboard randomly de-authing me for hours on end but i have had no response, other than that fast sftp and connection. update: as of today 4/11/2025 it still isnt answered and i still cannot use the server, i DO NOT RECCOMEND.

This is absolutely awful, I got kicked of the panel then the admin fixed it. Not even 2 weeks later and it gets a error saying it could connect to ther virtual machine. I contact support and I get nothing, it almost been a month and I've got no reply! I can't even acces what I pay for and have lost so many files. Do not buy from clubnode. One other thing that may be a coincidence is that tue second I put more money on the service I get a reply from the admin but I didn't get a reply for a whole week before. Clubnode was absolutely amazing until this happened. They won't even let me get my files back either or give me a status update.

Timon one of the Owners of this project canceled our services for everyone not even telling us nor giving us an update, our Server bot went down for hours with no communication. He claims he wants to work with people that have " money ". Regardless of the situation, this is unprofessional and we have claimed a chargeback on our services due to it being interrupted.

Best preformance servers out there, ping is great, don't even let me start about support because they are the best I have experienced ever in any stuff. Best hosting company and best team, recommend it!

Best supprot possible today I bought my first paid server I tried many times to move my Aternos server to Clubnode and then I asked for support to move it for me. The prices are very low and if you want some profesional low cost servers this is the perfect option the interface is easy to use and newbie friendly. In conclusion 10/10 for the services offered.

10/10 helped us move out entire sv from aternos sh!t servers on they'r server tysm and very cheap prices for very good servers like the cheapest it's 3$ quit aternos if y'all ain't poor

Any questions, any requests, literally any kind of help I could’ve ever wanted or needed i was always met with an overwhelmingly helpful and informative answer without long waits, all the hosts I've used never had this kind of support.
As for the server itself its as good as advertised, and runs exactly as expected, moved hosts to here recently and i doubt we will ever need a new host given the experience we’re having here.

Been using Clubnode for over 4 years now and always have gotten the best support, even at night.
The servers are fast, stable and have a lot of bandwidth which is good when handling a lot of players on a game server.
All I can say is that if you need a server for anything, along with the best support, choose Clubnode!

The Managing Director, Timon, is genuinely one of the best guys I've worked with. I had bought a 24 GB VPS. He offered to install Pterodactyl for me, even on just a $24 order. As I expanded, I needed a dedicated server and he gave me a great price for a Ryzen 9 7950X (128GB RAM). The DDoS protection has not failed me. There was a network outage once, and it was quickly resolved. I can confidently say that Clubnode is the BEST VPS and Dedicated server provider I've worked with. I understand cheaper companies like Hetzner exist, but the outstanding support from clubnode paired with their excellent pricing and reliability makes them perfect for me. I would blindly recommend their dedicated/virtual servers to anyone.

Great customer support, VPS's are solid; probably on par with linode in terms of performance but price is much much better
