Love these bags so much I jumped to buy a second one when the silver came back into stock. the reflective material does scuff if not careful but looks great regardless. The design is lowkey genius and I'm never left scrabbling to find anything in the bag or worried about it spilling if the zip needs to be fully opened.

I bought a medium sling bag for my sister for Christmas and I think she's used it every day since. She wanted a useful, small bag for city breaks but all the various pockets and compartments have proved perfect for her daily bits and bobs (keys, phone, lots of skin care stuff etc) and she now says she wouldn't be without it. A great sized, quality bag. My wife loved as a gift and has rarely gone out without it. Plenty of pockets, a good range of storage size and versatile with various outfits. Overall I’m very pleased it is such a success.

Partiendo de la base, me parece un producto caro para que te cobren el envío a parte 7€, y recibir la riñonera en un sobre de envío de papel.

Era un regalo, el regalado decide cambiarlo por uno de mayor tamaño, la devolución también corre por mi cuenta (otros 15€)

Envío el paquete el 6 de Enero, me consta que lo reciben el 14 de Enero. A día 23 de Enero aun no me han devuelto el dinero ni contestan a mis mails.

Es el producto bueno? si. Es la atención al cliente mala para el tipo de producto que venden? También.

Uno de los inconvenientes de comprar online, es que no sabes como es el producto hasta que llega a tu casa, querer cambiar o devolver jamas tendría que ser un gasto extra para el comprador, y ya que cobran por todo, den al menos un mejor servicio de postventa.

Still waiting for a refund of over €200 - 1 would not recommend buying from this company!!
I placed and paid my order on Dec 1st. It was meant to be a Christmas present. Now over 6 weeks later, I still have neither the package nor my refund.
What's especially frustrating: there was no proactive support trying to track the package from the company. I had to track the shipment myself, contact carriers and even visit pickup locations because | still hoped it would arrive before Christmas.
The parcel was never delivered to me. I never received a pickup notification, QR code or pickup number.
Despite this, I was asked to pay additional shipping fees for a reshipment, even though the issue was clearly not caused by me.
Until today, the refund is being withheld, with the explanation that they are "waiting for the parcel" - even though I never received the goods and they confirmed that they package is on it's way back to them.
Very disappointing and frustrating overall.
The product seemed very promising and the company trustworthy, but based on this experience, I would currently advise against ordering from this company.

I bought a jacket and I love it! Does the job well and looks very cool. It was very easy to order and arrived quickly. Would thoroughly recommend this company!

I got the small bag with the rope-style shoulder strap and gosh I love it!
I also added the stabilized bungee and I’m not thinking to get 2 big bag to use them as ER kit when hike and for travel!
The quality seems super nice and the strap is truly cosy even for a rope!
The fisherman knot makes the adjustment super easy and it is even waterproof!!
I’m not sure how much water can rain on it but I got caught by a storm and the down jacked got soaked meanwhile the bag was super dry inside!!

I recently got a paper calendar and needed a bag to carry it around in. Of course, this bag had to look cool and have a few extra compartments. What can I say? Your bags have fulfilled and exceeded all my wishes. I also get lots of compliments from friends and acquaintances about the bag.
