Received a key that would not activate; too many activations. After days of emails I still do not have a working key.

I bought a Microsoft Office package and followed the installation instructions. The process for receiving a Confirmation ID to activate the software did not work. After contacting the support account, their reply helped me activate the software

At first I was Leary that a vendor would offer so much for so little. The windows download arrived in only minutes after ordering along with a product key. I had trouble with the original download and Kymakers sent another one a day later! The service was genuine and fast and the company stood by it's product. There are good deals and honest people doing business on the internet and this company is right at the top of my list. Highly recommended!

I got what I paid for, I had already spent $3k on my new setup so not to have to spend another $100+ on an OS was nice

Easy purchase and very quick confirmations with download instructions and key. The only issue was the key would not work unless you did a phone activation otherwise everything was great.

I have purchased software from Kymakers before, so I guess I'm a repeat customer. Fast downloads, easy registration and, of course, the best low prices.

I ordered Office 2021 Pro Plus and promptly recieved the email with download link and license key. The email warned in advance that it might not work with a message saying it was already used, but there is supposed to be a work around with a series of steps you will have to take to get past it. I work in IT so it didnt scare me. However, once I got the error message and went through the steps, it asked for a "TEMP CODE" that was supposed to be sent in the same email with the product key. There was no such code in my email. I emailed support several times, tried calling the number but it is always busy. If they dont make this right by tomorrow I will have to contact the credit card company to get my money back. Even if they do give me a code that works, this is too much of a hassle to go through when I need software again. Not recommended.

I have purchased many Microsoft software products from KyMakers. In all cases I have been entirely satisfied with the process. The cost of the products were more than reasonable, but most importantly, the post purchase support was prompt and effective. I did have some difficulty activating one of the products as I wanted to use a local account vs. a Microsoft account. KyMakers support was prompt, persistent, and effective to a successful activation. Activation problems can be frustrating, this company that takes customer satisfaction seriously!

I'm writing this review as an attempt to resolve an order that was never processed. I use this company regularly to purchase OS packages for systems I build. I was attempting to build out a few machines before the end of the year for tax purposes and I was purchasing keys as I finished up each machine. However, a purchase order was charged and never fulfilled for one of these PC's and is still sitting on the bench. I sent three e-mail to support and never received a response. An hour trying to call with no one answering the que. The order #28439.

I have used this company about 4 times. If I have ever had a problem they have always been there to help fix it. I have no complaints with them what so ever. If your skeptical, trust the process. I've used their activation page 3 times and it has never fail me yet.

I am updating a negative review. I finally received the product in the Email and was contacted 4 days after trying to contact their support department. Once I received the product, I was able to get it activated by installing it on computer with rufus. The download was not what I expected for an ISO and Kymakers sent another one for 32bit application. They only have Email support and don't respond promptly if you are having issues. In the end I was able to successfully activate windows. I would consider using them again if their purchasing process improves with proving Email transfer before purchase.

ordered a Key for Windows Server Datacenter 2019. They were a little slow but i did order it late in the evening. Got the key and it work first time. (previously bought a key from another site and it was a dud). I have ordered other keys from them and had no problems. I will be doing more business with them.
