Keymakers is a very honest company, they truly care for their customer. I got in trouble for Win 11, keys to upgrade from win 11 home to win 11 prof. I reached out to them, they did not blame me to place a wrong order, but they helped me to get new keys and resolved my issue. I have been buying Microsoft software from them for last few years. I always experienced pleasant and helpful support desk. They go above and beyond their normal tasks. It must be rewarded - I can only say "Thank you very much". I am looking forward for a long lasting relation with this company. In todays world you surely do not find such a fine and decent company to work with.. Thanks again for your customer service.

I had to update an old Windows 10 laptop that had the OS installed by the vendor and I was able to get an latest Windows 10 LTSB to update it with no issues.

Product delivery time quick, less than an hour. Install went smooth, validation by phone. Product working as expected.

Had a glitch where the product key wouldn't work but it was resolved within a day by Kymakers.

Was a little worried about getting the Access license especially after reading reviews that the license would show up very quickly. So when I ordered the license on a Sunday evening, I thought it would show up within a couple hours. But it didn’t. It even didn’t show up on Monday morning. But to my relief, the license did show up late Monday morning. After receiving the emails, I was able to download the bits and apply the license without any problem. I ended up going from a little worried to very pleased with the results.

It was very quick. I had some problems starting the install. For some reason another program on my laptop kept trying to open the office suite. I had to uninstall that program. The install worked after that. I am very happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend.
