This firm always delivers what is promised on their website. I have bought software from other firms and got ripped off. They respond to questions and they are based in the USA.

I never got my key and the email and phone number for support are disconnected or do not exist. Beware

Initially, I didn't receive the product codes I ordered. I checked spam folder as well. After reaching out, they followed up and resent the codes which showed up in my regular email. So even though it took a few days to resolve, it was in fact resolved. Thank you

I will show the messages first! ...((I was giving that as a Xmas gift to my daughter. That is why I don't need two identical keys. Please cancel the last one , unless the key is different! I am not activating my second computer! I am giving that to someone. (( How many other people have the same activation key? I have installed the activation key on one computer only!! Please cancel the last one I bought on 12/22/25 ,because that is not for me but for someone else ( unless it is a different license key!) ( I have been honest and forthright with you , but so far have not had a reply as to a refund or a new valid license key. I will wait until tomorrow, and then I will post my review of your service based on my experience on Trust Pilot.)

I bought 2 Microsoft Office 2024 activation keys. Both were identical! I asked the logical question:: are the same licence keys sold to many others , or was this an honest answer? Up to this moment , I have NOT had another reply from KYMAKERS about a refund or a different activation key! So , I will let the public judge for themselves. As for me , I have lost my trust in them!! My purchase was received within minutes. I had some issues (totally my fault) and support staff helped me resolve the problem within 24 hours. Could not be more pleased!

Excellent pricing for Windows 11 Enterprise.

I purchased the windows 11 pro.
Had terrible issues with it due to my own inexperience on PC.
Kymakers didn't give up trying to help me through it to the point of making it seem as if it was a challenge to teach the computer illiterate how to pull off this operation like a pro.
Hats off to their persistence and the greatest service after the sale !!!!!

The tools they provide are excellent. The only complaint I might have is that the tools are not portable to a new machine when I get one. However since the price is quite reasonable, I won't complain too loudly about getting another license down the road.

I had a little problem installing my Office program so I emailed Customer Support. They were very prompt answering all my questions and resolving any issues I was having. A company is only as good as their customer support and Kymakers Customer Support is the best!

I have bought several software keys from this company. I have never had a problem with the service.

The product was as advertised. The download and registration process was seamless.

Kymakers is legit. I have used them for 4 keys for windows. The confirmation email is received immediately and the key arrives within 10 minutes. I have never had a key not work. The only time I needed to contact support was when I purchased the wrong key (an activation key, not an upgrade key like I had intended), and they responded quickly, providing the key I had intended to purchase despite a $2 price difference which they did not charge me for. I will continue to use their keys.
