Informasjon om virksomheten
Skrevet av virksomheten
After a number of years working for three of the UK's largest e-liquid manufacturers and supplying many of the UK's vape stores I began to realise that many of the so called 'big players' had lost their way, they all end up searching to supply the big corporates and inevitably end up 'just another product' on a supermarket shelf!, product development slows down, innovation slows until it halts and the passion that got them to where they are has gone. Kwik Vape is all about delivering excellence, working hard to match the right product with the right customer and always ensuring that our customers walk away happy and with a product that works for them. Whilst we have to stock certain 'big' brands we work hard to offer a world of choice, a liquid to suit every vaper and every budget, we have a number of so called Premium brands (in many cases premium simply means over-priced!) as well as some stunning budget brands (which are actually equally as good as the 'premium' liquids but simply not as greedy!). And, if you are looking for different or stand-out flavours then you can look at the many new ranges we bring in every month, sourced from award winning manufacturers. In a nutshell, Kwik Vape is here to put the passion back into vaping and to deliver great service & great value, we always welcome the opportunity to be part of your quit smoking journey and to guide you through the many options available. Pay us a visit and say hello, support your friendly, local independent Vape Store

Fantastic Service
Ordered a Lost Vape Grus mod from Kwik Vape on the 14th Jan as their price was very competitive indeed. I was then advised that there was an error with their website and the mod was out of stock but they would supply the kit, mod and tank, instead at no additional cost. Fantastic service and the kit was delivered a couple of days later.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Kwik Vape at all.

Good customer service, juice wasn’t ideal
Brilliant customer service and Simon was happy to help when we had issues with shipping, however I had initially paid for Royal Mail delivery. It was actually sent with DPD and the parcel got lost so he had to send another out which came very quickly.
I took some advice on some vape juice to try so went ahead and took the suggestion, however, upon arrival it contained mint which I had already explained I wasn’t a fan of at all. So I spent a considerable amount of money on vape juice I’ll probably not end up using.

We opted to send by next day courier due to royal mail strikes at that time, we advised this at the time and came at additional cost to us but we covered it in the hope of a swifter delivery. Unfortunately the couriers decided to send the parcel around the world before it landed with you, we cannot be held liable for that.
Your liquid choices are not 'minty' and do not contain any mint, there may well be a subtle cooling agent but it is not labelled as such and can happen with many liquids but taste is subjective.
We await return if the duplicate package that has arrived, we went to extra lengths to get a second order out even though the other package was not confirmed as lost and are disappointed you felt the need to leave a low rating, whilst we are disappointed with the service of the couriers I do not believe we could have been any fairer at our expense.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for my vaping equipment
Having shopped with Kwik Vape for quite some time now I can hand on heart say I have never been disappointed with their service or their goods.
When going into the shop the team are always friendly and happy to help. The shop is like a Santa's Grotto of juices and kit and all at great prices.
At times when I can't make it into the shop I use their online service which is speedy and again, has a large assortment of goods.

Thanks for your review Ben, very much appreciated.
Kwik Vape is currently a one man band and I work hard to deliver a service comparable if not better than the big players.
Thanks for supporting a small business.
