Informasjon om virksomheten

After a number of years working for three of the UK's largest e-liquid manufacturers and supplying many of the UK's vape stores I began to realise that many of the so called 'big players' had lost their way, they all end up searching to supply the big corporates and inevitably end up 'just another product' on a supermarket shelf!, product development slows down, innovation slows until it halts and the passion that got them to where they are has gone. Kwik Vape is all about delivering excellence, working hard to match the right product with the right customer and always ensuring that our customers walk away happy and with a product that works for them. Whilst we have to stock certain 'big' brands we work hard to offer a world of choice, a liquid to suit every vaper and every budget, we have a number of so called Premium brands (in many cases premium simply means over-priced!) as well as some stunning budget brands (which are actually equally as good as the 'premium' liquids but simply not as greedy!). And, if you are looking for different or stand-out flavours then you can look at the many new ranges we bring in every month, sourced from award winning manufacturers. In a nutshell, Kwik Vape is here to put the passion back into vaping and to deliver great service & great value, we always welcome the opportunity to be part of your quit smoking journey and to guide you through the many options available. Pay us a visit and say hello, support your friendly, local independent Vape Store

Order arrived quickly, also a gentleman called me to say the flavour I asked for was out of stock, so he gave me the choice of another flavour, very nice thought.

Delivered to the wrong address even…
Delivered to the wrong address even though I clearly mentioned greenway court and not greenway road. I had no email confirming the delivery was due yesterday and luckily I chased up to then find my delivery across the road.

Great service
Have used kwikvape since they opened. Everytime i've used them they have been very friendly and helpfull. Needed a new vape pen today and although it was more expensive than on a major online shopping website, i bought from kwikvape. This was because of the past service and its a local business. Keep up the goid wotk

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, it really helps others to know that we work hard to deliver excellence.
You are correct that we are not always as 'cheap' as online stores, we are always competitive and our customers get better added value with our honest consultative service, pre-purchase sampling and lengthy warranty on devices.

Ordered a Vape Kit
Ordered a Vape Kit and all good, next day I had a phone call off a nice bloke saying the one I ordered was out of stock but they do have one in a different colour. Lucky for me I liked that too, so he looked after me on a battery and extra bubble glass and postage. The next day it landed. I'm very happy with a great service and it's nice to know a company actually gives a dam about looking after people which seems to be a rarity these days. I will be using them again.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us your review, I am pleased you like the kit and am glad we were able to help.
As a small business we juggle stock between our shop and website so sometimes we are not quick enough to update stock levels on the website, if it's our mistake we will always bend over backwards to offer an alternative whether it costs us more or not.
Thanks again for your review, it means alot to a small business and helps guide others to trust us
