Bob’s burgers
I ordered a Bob’s burgers custom portrait for a Christmas gift and it was the best decision ever. Lauren was great to work with and went above and beyond. She is so creative. My partner said it was the best gift she’s ever received. I’d recommend kustom gifts to anyone.

Turned out Amazing!!
They worked very quickly and it turned out amazing! When I first got it back the hair color was wrong, but every extra detail I wanted was added. I let them know what the hair color should be and they fixed it and got it sent back in less than a day. I am very happy with how it all turned out!

Agree that it's a possible scam
Update: I finally did receive my acrylic print, although it was delivered 8 days late and only after hounding the company for status updates, being told it's in a separate shipping facility and they have no idea when it will be picked up by FedEx. Not very professional. Ultimately, I did receive it, although way after Christmas when it had been promised to me that I would receive it 3 days prior to Christmas.

Like you, Whitney, I'm beginning to think this is a scam too. I paid $200 for an acrylic print but I'm getting the runaround from the owner. A FedEx label was "created" and put in the system with nothing being shipped out a week ago per confirmation via FedEx. This was going to be the best surprise for Christmas but the biggest surprise, I'm afraid, will be the fact that I was scammed. I will happily update this review if I get the print as promised, but I'm not hopeful.

My apologies that FedEx delayed your acrylic glass shipment. We did everything possible from our end for you to receive it as soon as possible, and when we learned about this delay we gave you a full refund for the shipping fee.
On the other hand, I have to disagree that our team was not professional. Before your purchase we mention that delivered by Dec, 24th would be extremely tight and possible delays could happen due to the Holidays high-volume and Covid circumstances. We answered every single one of your 40+ emails asking for updates and you received the package on Dec, 28th.

This company is awesome! They created my picture just how I asked and it was amazing. Did not take long to receive the first copy or the revisions. My brother and his fiancé loved their picture. Will definitely recommend and most likely get one made for myself in the future! Thanks so much!

Best choice for custom cartoon designs!
This is a brilliant company! Their artwork was so incredible and really took into account the photos and requests sent! It looks exactly how I wanted it to look. I only had a few revisions to request after the first design but they listened and created exactly what I had imagined. Their customer service was really great, with quick responses on their chat functions whenever I had questions and emails to confirm every step on the way. Design was quick and postage and printing arrived exactly when it was expected. Thanks so much Kustom Gifts for your hard work!

Definitely would recommend!
I ordered during Black Friday week ,they still were able to get my first proof back in their 3-5 day window,I was very impressed.I had some extra items I wanted added and they were more than accommodating any time I wanted an adjustment made.I got an amazing deal on a very custom item that my boyfriend will love.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for great customer service and quality product.
