Bob’s Burger delight!
I had them do a Bob’s Burgers portrait of my boyfriend and I. They were fast, professional and delivered exactly what I wanted. I was allowed to add things I wanted to personalize my cartoon even after they did the proof with no additional fees. I was so happy with their work and would recommend anyone to do well know cartoon portraits with them.

Extremely over priced Why should I have to pay for the canvas separately it should be included in the price what's the point of only a digital copy I just pays 60$ for them to have to pay another 50$ for a canvas print that's ridiculous

Thank you for your feedback and allow me to explain the reason behind it. A lot of our customers want only the digital drawing so they can print locally; and in different products that we do not offer such as t-shirts, cellphone case and pillow covers.
At our shop, digital drawing & canvas prints are two different products as we want to give our customers the flexibility to choose where to print their cartoon.

Best gift ever!
I loved the picture it was a Christmas present for a friend and she absolutely loved it as well. When I got the first draft back I wasn't really happy with it so I asked for changes and they were made each time I asked ( I went through like 5 pictures) and they always made the changes and got back to me quickly! I will definitely be buying from them again! If you're looking for something unique and special this is the way to go. This is one of those gifts for those hard to buy for people.

When ordering my picture I had very many specific requests, probably an annoying amount. But they listened to everything I said, it came out so perfect I didnt have to ask for any corrections. I think my boyfriend loved it! And it’s the background on my phone. If I ever need another gift like this this is where I will be ordering from 100%.

Great product, fast shipping
I ordered a cutom "Bob's Burger" photo over Thanksgiving weekend as a Christmas Gift. They got back to me quickly with the proof, I had a few changes & they were able to make those quickly. I'd ordered a printed product as well and that arrived within days of my approving the proof.

Googled online for a custom gift and came across Kustom Gifts.
Read good reviews from other customers and decided to give it a try. They delivered fast and made changes when requested. Very happy with how the pictures turned out.

I never received my order. I repeatedly emailed the contact info on the web page and the lady says it has nothing to do with her she just comes up with the designs.

After that, you sent multiple emails asking when we would ship you a t-shirt, and I explained to you that we never sold t-shirts in our store.
I even resent your invoice #2387 so you could double-check that you never bought a t-shirt from us.
Anyways, your review is unfair to our team, since we delivered exactly what you purchased from us.
