Quality, quantity and value for money.

All the items ordered where delivery according and safely, all the grocery was very fresh and gave the taste of after using the ingredients.

Quality of product and delivery

Delivery was delayed. Delivered only 1 of the 2 and got the parcel delivered the following day. All the vegetables were spoiled by the time we received items. Waste of money. Had to throw away most of the veggies.

It's frustrating when items are missing…

It's frustrating when items are missing from an order, especially when my complaint goes unanswered. Prompt and responsive customer service is crucial in such situations. I hope the store takes customers feedback into account and improves your communication and resolution process for future customers.

Thanks for your feedback. We are offering free delivery for order over 49 pounds. At the sametime we are charging only 5 pounds as shipping cost for all the order which are less than 49 pounds. This is because we are delivering the order with the help of 3rd party delivery service provider such as APC Overnight delivery service and DPD and we need to pay them for the delivery. High quality product (fermented…

High quality product (fermented gherkins) delivered quickly - the price was reasonable. I was very impressed with the packaging of glass jar in large box, which was safely & securely padded and well wrapped.

Overpriced chocolates with wrong description

Ordered chocolates which showed they are a pack of four and when they arrived, they company only sent 1. This was massively overpriced compared to all the other suppliers. Will not shop here again

Fast and amazingly priced!

I wanted a specific make (Todays) of what they call Doggy Doo bags and Kugans had them at an amazing price and even with delivery they still beat everyone else out there, I ordered plenty and they arrived the next day, very well wrapped too! Many thanks!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍
