Pleased with my order but communication could be better.
A model that I pre ordered was initially scheduled to ship by the third quarter of 2025. By the end of the third quarter no model and up until that point no update from KRW regarding the delay. I gave it another couple of weeks or so before contacting KRW via email. They responded quickly with a revised shipping eta and the model arrived a few days after the revised date. All in all, the transaction went ok and I would order from them again but some proactive communication would have improved the overall experience.

I pre orderad in February for June delivery.It finally arrived in september.Just be prepared to wait a little longer on pre orders otherwise no problems.

Solid delivery on a pre-order. Sellers that stick to RRP’s on items that are extremely popular resale should be commended. They help a collector become very happy and delivered well.

The item was sent out to me very fast and it was well packaged.
Unfortunately the delivery company failed to deliver the item on time twice over two days (evri)
Apart from that i will and have purchased from them again.
Overall I recommend the company.

Everything went as portrayed. Updates automated but human customer services were there as well. Very good sturdy packaging meant it arrived from the other side of the world in perfect condition. And it only took 5 days via Royal Mail to be sitting on my table in New Zealand.
