Made an order online for a product I thought what was I wanted but when it came in, I realized it’s not the same one I used to order. Sent an email to their customer service and they quickly got me set up with an exchange with no hassles. Very happy with their service. Francisco was so nice and helpful. I had a bad experience before, but didn’t want to give up on the brand and ordered directly from them this time which was an entirely different experience.

I’ve been using the Ruby Thermal Mask and Instant Face Lift and definitely see a difference in my skin. I use the syringe a couple of times of week because I hate needles and refuse to do botox, and I use the thermal mask once a week. Together they work wonders on my skin and even my husband has noticed the results. I have used it a few times on him and will definitely get more when we’re done with the products.

Had an issue with a product I purchased online. Called in and spoke with the customer service representation who was extremely helpful, which is a huge difference than the others I have been dealing with. Called back in to make an order with their online sales associate when I ran out and got my products in time with no hassle.

I purchased my products in Spain while on a recent vacation now that things have opened up. I loved the staff who were funny and very knowledgeable. I got the syringe from their Ruby series and used it throughout my vacation and also when arriving back in the states. Recently ordered another one from their website.

Ordered products from the online sales consultant through their website and just wanted to say how helpful Jennifer was. She had so much patience going through all my skin concerns, and I even sent her images of my skin so she can see the issues I was having. She matched me up with products she felt would work best for me and I am obsessed with the products. I’m almost done with the Diamond Gel to Milk which has been my favorite, and definitely going to be ordering more new things to try. I am not big on skin routines, but Jennifer made it easy to keep it minimalistic and still address the issues I was having, with results.

Hi everyone. This experience happened to me In Schaumburg, IL in woodfield mall. I was pulled in by a gorgeous Israeli associate. At first I spent $111 on some items that I didn’t even feel comfortable getting. But then she sold me on $250 on more products and said with tax will be $15 when the tax was only a dollar on the first purchase. I feel totally scammed, disappointed in myself, and very upset I can’t return the items. I was not told the return policy up front. My advice is to firmly say no thank you I am not interested and walk away.

I am ashamed of myself. I was totally taken in by two beautiful young sales people. I was in the Hardrock casino shopping mall in Hollywood FL. I spent thousands of dollars on Kristals skin care products. This company has a class action lawsuit filed against them in Fl. Buyer beware!!!! They are very slick and give no refunds. Stay away from this shop in Hard Rock!!!

Visité la tienda en Madrid y me encantó el trato recibido y la profesionalidad del personal. Me sorprendió gratamente la calidad de los productos. En definitiva una gran experiencia que repetiré sin duda.

I was persuaded into the store so a young saleswoman could test products on me. She was very persistent that I needed the eye lifting cream, it would be great for my skin though I’m only 24 with no wrinkles, and I needed to take action now. I kept trying to make excuses, which you never should feel the need to when in a store, and said I’d get my boyfriend to buy it for me instead the next day. She insisted I just get him to send me the money and kept saying how I needed this product. She was high pressuring me and I began to become very uncomfortable. I ran out of things to say and I felt I was being held hostage. I was clearly not interested, was trying to leave, and was about to get up when she said she would get the machine for me. I paid thinking I’d just return my products later, come to find out you cannot return what you have bought. You’d think buying $400 worth of products they would tell you that you aren’t able to return them. After paying she said a skin consultant was there which is rare and she’d give me acne advice. Come to find the skin consultant told me she’s there everyday and almost went to the back so she could book me an appointment with her? She said the red light therapy she would do with me would change the need for me to buy expensive products?? Though they just sold me products that I “needed to have”. It was a very embarrassing and pressured experience. I have had multiple breakdowns about it because I cannot afford nor want those products. Please stay away if you are vulnerable.

He comprado el Peeling y la manteca corporal, en poco tiempo he notado una visible mejora en mi piel, a mi hijo le vino muy bien para el acne ya que elimina el exceso de grasa y es notable simplemente al tocar luego de aplicar. Estoy contenta y es un producto que no es barato pero sin duda hace lo que dice, funciona,
sin duda lo recomiendo y sobre todo por el trato que dan personalizado, atención, me han llamado a los 15 dias para ver como estaba y que tal iba, si tenia dudas....la verdad que asi da gusto...Lo compre en el centro comercial Salera de Castellón
