Was lured into one of their stores in Mariahilferstraße, Vienna, after making the mistake of getting into a conversation with one of the salesman. He demonstrated a peeling on my skin and then offered me skin care products for 400€. I had already mentioned I'm a student and I couldn't afford spending that much money. They tried to lure me into buying it for a cheaper price cos it was some "anniversary" or something. It was still way too expensive to me. I have to say the products are very overprized. The salesman was not as bad as other people have experienced in other stores around the world, still felt uncomfortable as I hate people trying to sell me things forcefully.

Augen Creme ist eine abzocke. 250 Euro habe bezahlt für etwas womit ich überhaupt nicht zufrieden bin! Es hinterlässt ein weißen Schleier unter den Augen und trocknet die Augen Partie aus.

Passt auf mit dieser Firma, 350 € wollten die für eine Creme für die Augen, ich bin sofort raus, das ist ja die absolute Abzocke😡😡😡

Absolutely do NOT go for any treatments. I saw an ad online for a $79.95 LED facial (regular $350 value it claimed). I thought I’d treat myself for a relaxing facial.

Well my facial turned into shock when I realized this was to get you in the door and it was less about relaxing but a tactic to try to get you to buy a $7500 LED wand and a $4500 cooling facial mask. I was like WHAT? I must have heard that wrong. And then I was offered a really great deal of $6500 for both if I referred people to them and “zip it” on the price.

This is not an ethical business. They then keep wheeling & dealing to get you to buy one or the other or then some products. Keep clear of this business. I should have done my due diligence and researched the business ahead of time. I unfortunately did not and thought I was supporting a new local spa. I hang my head in shame for being duped.

Meine Mutter wurde in Salzburg um 175 Euro erleichtert! Für den Ruby Selected Eye Applikator. Die Verkäuferin behauptete, es handele sich um einen Jahresvorrat. Das ist gelogen! Es sind lediglich 10 ml Inhalt!
Und reicht nicht für eine tägliche Anwendung!! 😡 😡 😡

Bought the eye gels at the Tucson gem show. She gave wrong cream, for oily dkin. Texted, emailed , no response. It’s useless to me and after reading the other reviews I would not purchase from them!

I had the most horrible experience with his company!!! After many attempts trying to talk to someone from the store in Georgian mall Barrie Ontario and trying to reach the owner from the company all my messages were ignored ! Zero customer service!! the creams that I received as a gift gave me a horrible rash in my skin, leaving it irritated for a week.! I decided to bring this to their attention and ask for a refund! The products are in the packages with the receipt and they did not replied to me. DO NOT BUY from this company they’re scammers terrible company! BE AWARE OF YOUR SKIN BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS STORE! Specially Young teenagers that lured into buying products that are not beneficial for their skin anyone’s skin your!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

I am shocked Tampa International Plaza would allow a store to use such deceptive and aggressive sales tactics. I don’t even have words to describe what a bad experience this was. Avoid this place. Do not even walk near it. Be rude if you have to. Read the negative reviews. They all tell the same story over and over from Kristal stores all over the U.S. Do not fall victim to this total scam.

Thanks for scamming me . The same product I spent $400 on is on Amazon for $67.00 . I am pissed off and will be reporting this company to the better business bureau

The product used at the store for “the trial” is not what’s in the applicators they sell you. Ripoff!

UNA ESTAFA

Paseando por la calle me interpeló una chica que trabaja en Kristals. Me regaló una muestra y me invitó a la tienda.

Enseguida, me empezó a contar lo maravilloso de sus productos.
Empezó a utilizar una técnica comercial agresiva: me hizo claramente sentir que yo para ella era sólo dinero. Sin reparo ni disimulo.
Me propuso un par de productos por 400 euros. Cuando le dije que no estaba interesada, me intentó vender otros. A ella no le interesaba mis necesidades, a ella le interesaba sólo mi tarjeta.

Le dije que no iba a comprar a una empresa que no conocía, sin saber bien los componentes, in ver comentarios de clientes y leer la web.

Pues bien: la empresa lleva en españa 6 años y la web está única y exclusivamente en inglés. Ya esto demuestra seriedad cero.
En sus redes sociales, la información no es amplia y los comentarios de clientes son nulos.

Esta empresa quería que desembolsara 400 euros así, sin más. Le pedí muestras para al menos primero probar los productos en casa: no tenían.

Súper agresivo. Muy caro. Muy poco serio.

Es una estafa. Pongo una estrella porque no me deja cero. Yo suelo hacerme tratamientos en Adore muy de vez en cuando y sobre todo desde casa con cremitas normales y de su marca. Pues me contactan desde este centro KRISTAL y me dicen que gratuitamente tengo una oxigenación facial y después me presentan sus productos. Pues llego y solo tengo charla, una foto de mi cara y lo me cuesta mejorarla. Cuando digo que sus tratamientos desde lo más bajo son de 1.000 y muchos euros vamos casi 2000 el mas básico pues se me van las ganas. Te dicen "hasta luego" y encantados cuando por defecto les dices que no vas a requerir de sus tratamientos y nada más. Trasladarme hasta el centro, perder dinero en parking o en zonas verdes/azules para este trato de... con perdón megamierda obivio no vuelvo aunque me regalen un jamón. Que se queden sus cremitas y tratamientos, y ya que alli no había un alma porque estaba vacío, se las metan por el......resueno de tambores.

COMPLETE SCAM!!! I bought this product after being advertised to at the Florida Mall. The product we received was completely different then what they tested under my eyes. Please don’t buy!!!

Mucho cuidado con esta tienda de Kristals de la calle Velázquez en Madrid, he descubierto que el año pasado timaron a mi tía con 90 años y se llevó máscara LED para la piel por el módico precio de 1500 euros. Sólo hay que mirar un poco las webs de belleza para saber que eso es un timo, su precio no es ni de 300 euros. Lo más interesante es todas las técnicas de vendedores de enciclopedias que aplican para amedrentar a la incauta clienta. Serán profesionales pero miren bien lo que les ofrecen antes de pagar nada, por favor.

Hi I was recently walking past this store in the woodfield mall in Schaumburg, IL. This beautiful Jewish women pulled me in. She said I’m so young and I don’t take care of my skin (which I don’t too often) she talked to me as if she’s really concerned about me. I said I have to go and I don’t have money to spend here. She didn’t let me leave no matter how much I insisted. She kept hitting at my Insecurity insisting I need to take care of myself and really making me feel bad about myself as if my solution are their products. I don’t know how it happened but I ended up spending hundreds of dollars on a brand I didn’t even know with money I didn’t even have hoping I could look as pretty as her. The products are a complete scam. They don’t work at all. There’s no refund, exchange or anything. I looked up the reviews online and it seems they are doing this all over the world and getting away with. It’s an Israelite brand and a complete scam. They exploit the Dead Sea for salt and go around the world scamming people with it. It’s wrong and awful. I don’t understand how they are still getting away with this. Someone needs to stop them
