SCAM. RIP-OFF. BEWARE!!!
I was ar a medical convention in Anaheim, and was looking at the sales booths set up outside the lecture roomS. They pulled me in and immedialy began their high pressure sales pitch. The products they demonstrated seemed to perform miracles (that should have been a clue right there). They began by quoting me $5,000 for all of the products they demonstrated. And immediately offered me "deal" for $2,000. I am ashamed to say I fell for their scams. When I got home it became apparent that I had paid a fortune for snake oil (which, btw... my skin was like a snake with shedding skin). I had asked repeatedly if their product was guaranteed, and was told it had a MONEY-BACK guarantee. I tried repeatedly to contact the company about being dissatisfied with their products. Eventually I reached someone who said they don't refund, but will do exchanges. HOWEVER, you had to do this within 30 days of purchase. It look me longer than that to reach anyone. MAJOR RIP-OFF. This company has no integrity, no ethics, and no morals.
It's too late for me, but hopefully others will be saved from being ripped off. DO NOT LET THEM PULL YOU INTO THEIR BOOTH. NO MATTER WHAT TACTICS THEY USE TO GET YOU IN!!!!

Wurde auf dem Mariahelfer angesprochen mir wurde eine Creme in die Hand gedrückt und gedrängt gratis ein Produkt zu probieren.
Zum Schluss wollte die Verkäuferin 200E
haben. Eine ziemlich miese Tour Touristen abzuzocken! Vorsicht ist geboten!

Visited the Planet Hollywood in Tampa location. They pull out all the stops here, very high pressured and tricky. The sample they put on me made my eyes under eyes look crusty and dried my skin out. That is not to say they wouldn’t work perfectly for someone else. I’m not impressed with the sales tactics this company encourages. A good product and quality skin care product doesn’t require tricky sales tactics, and will always back their product. I’m not sure because I did not purchase any, but this product is more about trickery than actual quality.

Heute waren wir, meine Tochter und ich in der Mariahilfer Straße unterwegs, eine nette Verkäuferin schenke meiner Tochter ein kleines Probepäckchen einer Lotion. Nach vielen netten Reden, gingen wir ins Geschäft hinein, die Verkäuferin zeigte bzw. probierte an mir die sogenannten" Wunderprodukte "aus! Was mir komisch vorkam, war die Handhabung des Verkaufsgespräch, über nett, sehr manipulierend 🙄 Thema Preis, war dann der Hammer 180 Euro darauf würde ich noch ein Geschenk (Nagelpflege) bekommen. Ohne das ich JA, sagte, fragte sie mich, wie ich das Produkt zahlen möchte und welche Tasche ich möchte. Ich lehnte den Kauf natürlich ab, daraufhin, war die Verkäuferin nicht mehr nett, drehte sich um und ging weg von uns. Bitte aufpassen, ich kann nur meine Wahrnehmung öffentlich machen und daraufhin hinweisen, das dieses Verkaufsgespräch nicht in Ordnung war! Wenn dieses Produkte soooo gut wäre, muss man nicht so ein manipulierendes Verkaufsgespräch führen!!!!!!

Simply a scam

I was at the Grand Opening weekend (Black Friday) at the Hard Rock in Tampa, FL. I got suckered in and did buy some product. I then was told to come back for a free full facial. I’m only in town once a month so it was a couple of months later (January I believe) and for $5000 I would get 12 microneedling facials to remove a scar on my face from a dog bite.
Long story short. I still haven’t been able to use them all because they never have appointments. I’ll save all the lies but before I could use it, Covid happened. Now of course I don’t blame them for being closed during Covid but they didn’t return any calls.
After a few months I called corporate and immediately received a call from one of the owners (it was the owners brother that sold it to me) and I was made a lot of promises. Suddenly the owner and his brother had to back home (overseas) and a new manager was there and of course she knew nothing about this.
Corporate states they are franchises and nothing they can do.
Big waste of time, money, and frustration. Hard Rock will not do anything either.
Buyer beware. I have many more details but too many to list here. My last contact was August 2022 (over 2 years of this) and I finally gave up.
Kristols is a scam…an expensive one

I purchased the LED Experience at the Burlington Mall. I was very pleased with the results and I am excited to share that I have purchased the Silver Perfection Model.

I can't wait to start using this product at home.

Got sucked in at the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa, Fla. I told her do NOT take my eye makeup off. I'm AWARE I have dry skin, and dark circles under my eyes. She proceeded to tell me to TRUST her and it would be fine. The left eye looked OK, but my right eye AFTER knowing I wasn't going to purchase anything looked as though it had clumps under it. She ASSURED me it would be ok...She only held the mirror up very quickly for me to look. The price MAGICALLY went from 400 to 199 but "don't tell ANYONE love" ugh! Such aggressive sale tactics and b.s. about some Miss Lisa was there ONLY for the day from Miami to give me some sort of facial, AFTER I purchased the products. I had JUST gotten off the escalator after driving 45 minutes...we are on VACATION mind you. I kept repeating, I need to go. I need to think about it. Then the manipulation started. " You won't come back, people say they will, but you will get busy.." BLAH BLAH BLAH. I got up to leave after AGAIN asking about the clumping under my right eye.."DON'T TOUCH IT LOVE" she said AGAIN. No sooner did I leave, that I walked into a rest room. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, all that crap had dried and was flaking off on both eyes. I literally had to use my fingernails, and a rest room hard paper towel to scrape it off. Took a long time. After that was done, and I walked around for awhile, I took a selfie to see what it looked like then. I mean the products are " MAGICAL" right?? NOO!!! terrible black circles were back and I had zero makeup with me to try and fix the mess she had created. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN!! Walk right by! It's a joke! A total scam!!!! I was extremely upset!! They start by handing you a bag with a MINISCULE sample of lotion, then ask if you would like something extra for your eyes? Very think accent, so I said excuse me? She asked me to follow her in. That's when it started. Later we were sitting watching them, same thing was going on. Absolutely ridiculous and very uncomfortable!

We were pulled into their booth at the Philadelphia Flower show by Tony. He was aggressively friendly and tried his very best to get a sale. Creams were applied on my eyes and brow. We tried several times to politely leave until finally we just stood up and left. We came to see flowers not get pulled into a secluded booth. I will admit the cream did tighten my skin but to what extent or duration I can’t say. After reading law suits and reviews, I feel fortunate we didn’t purchase anything!

Ich wurde heute in ein Geschäft gelockt und mir wurde regelrecht versucht das Produkt anzudrehen! Alleine schon die Art und Weise ist übel und das Produkt echt der übelste Reinfall! Das Collagen Boost Augen Serum, hat meine Augen so dermaßen gespannt, das es schon weh getan hat, abgesehen davon "wow, sie sehen so toll aus" lächerlich! Als ich mir das Mittel runtergenommen habe, hat das fürchterlich gebrannt und siehe da - ich war wieder alt! Der Nagel, der mir ja mit der Nagelfeile so toll glänzend gemacht wurde, war nach dem Hände waschen wieder so wie vorher! Also ehrlich, wer glaubt den Müll? und der Preis? 400 € ...

Mädels, kauft bloß nicht das Nagelset. Es wurde mir in Salzburg in der Altstadt angedreht. Eigentlich sollte ich den Klebstoff um die Augen auch noch um 149,00 kaufen, habe aber abgelehnt. Habe jetzt zu Hause die Nägel gemacht, die Feilen und die glänzende Oberschicht sind schon nach einmaligem Gebrauch für 10 Nägel fast aufgebraucht. Die Handcreme ist garantiert nicht dieselbe, die im Geschäft verwendet wurde. LASST die Finger davon!!! Die Verkäufer sind extrem geschult, einem das billige Zeugs um viel Geld anzudrehen!!!
