While the products seems to work even tho they gave me systic acne I basically paid $4000 dollars for a red light they charged me 1000 for a gold syringe that was supposed to last a year I got it in July guess what it's not even been a month and it's empty I found out later I was supposed to get a whole set for purchasing there red light I received 2 products as opposed to the 6 I was supposed to receive the ppl at the hard rock location bullied me into buying and demanded to see what was in my bank account I will never buy from them again. I can get it cheaper on Amazon smh 4000$ bullied and ridiculed into buying products that lasted less then a month. I do not recommend buying.g from them again there facials are a rip off and they check your bank account and up charge you and steal Beware!!!

While just finishing a spa day at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel in my Hometown of FLORIDA, I walked down the mall area where I was approached outside of Kristals and repeatedly asked to come into the store. I reluctantly went into the store whereby an employee proceeded to show me a cream for the eyes. It put a hard crust under my eye. I firmly told him that I was not interested in purchasing the cream and initially, he stated that the cream was $500.00, but would reduce it to $300.00.
He proceeded to state that it would reduce inflammation and bags under my eyes. This is not what a company should be promising anyone. Well, he also asked me if I wanted to see the Doctor about my skin. That was where I should have gotten up out of the chair and ran to the front door, but no I sat and listen out of respect for the sales guy. Now back to the Doctor (NO DOCTOR), that's their motive to get you to spend more money and take you to the back of their store. That's where your face comes into the picture the so-called Dr. talks about your drooping jowls, and puts cream on your face along with using a machine to provide a demonstration. Then he tells you this is the best deal ever all the celebrities are paying far more, about $13,000.00. For you $5,000.00. Again, I reluctantly agreed and walked towards a tall workbench stand where he sat on a stool, he brought a signature machine (little square box) to me and asked me to sign in the square box, which does not show the amount your signing for. The so-called Dr. Don Don. is very nice, boy was I naive to the looks that both the sales guys were giving each other it is such a SCAM, what a shame. I just wanted to get out of that store. My problem with this company (Kristals Hard Rock) is that they tell you their products are returnable, but they are not returnable. They do not take you to a register where a sign should be posted saying "NO REFUNDS" They bring the square box to you to avoid that issue. The consumer should be able to see every amount going onto their credit card and the totals should show next to their signature or with a yes or no if the amount is correct next to their signature. This store does not offer that. They avoid all laws so in the end they win the consumer losses. The only thing you'll see is a square box they want your signature in that box. Once they have your signature you're done they got you. You lose. That is exactly what the guy Don Don told me.
I called the salesperson Don Don the next day and said to him that I will be coming back and returning the products, he said you must wait 3 mos. I told him I never heard of that policy, and that I wanted to return the products, so I came into the store with a friend the next day to return the products he laughed at me. They have no remorse whatsoever! I said please take the items back I can't afford them. He smiled and said to me If you stop the charges I will take away the twelve months of spa service I gave you, you lose I win. I cried 5,000.00! He was right my credit card company did nothing for me to help because my signature was on their paper. Unless you're a rich person who can blink at $5,000 I'm giving you a heads up RUN FROM THEM! DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. It's true what everyone has experienced in all the reviews I've read this company makes their living as a Snake oil salesman.
I hope I can save you from Kristals. If they approach you outside of the store you have every right to tell them to back off.

She said do you want the product? I said no. She insisted, who is stopping you? I said I should ask my doctor about it before I buy it. They deliberately embarrass you in a strange way. You deliberately made me hate my appearance. In my entire life I've never seen worse than their staff treat customers, I'll tell everyone that.
