Kriddo is a great company, my daughter received a tricycle for gift in Christmas and was very easy to assemble, months later we lost one of the pieces but I sent an email to the company and they help me very well shipping me a new replacement part, the gave me awesome customer support and very quick. I highly recommend their products.

I’m really confused with all the great reviews of Kriddo’s customer service. Fakes all? The phone number Trustpilot posts as their customer service number is not functional. Hasn’t been since I first tried it a week ago. My granddaughters trike does not peddle at all due to some flaw. Check your information Trustpilot.

Great product, my 3-year-old son loves his tricycle. I had a minor issue with damage my son had caused, and customer service was able to quickly and professionally solve the issue. They were amazing to work with, and I will be looking to purchase additional products in the future from this company. I highly recommend them

I accidentally threw away the pedals that came with a Kriddo bike that I bought for my grandson. They don’t normally sell replacements, but after I contacted them, they were kind enough to help me get new ones. Also, they responded very fast. I’m super impressed with the quality of their customer service and highly recommend their products.

There were some missing parts in our box so we contacted customer support. They immediately corrected the problem and sent what we were missing and the little girl loves her tricycle.

I was trying to fix some toddler tricycles for my church's early childhood center and daycare. I needed replacement parts, but the website said the spare part was out of stock. I emailed customer service when they might additional part back in stock. They asked for a receipt when it was purchased from Kriddo, but the childhood center purchased it through Amazon. I still submitted the receipt from Amazon and customer service went out of there way to get the new parts for the tricycles. This is a company that stands behind their products even if the product is past its warranty.

Reached out to Kriddo support and sent them a quick video regarding my daughter’s new balance bike having some issues and was treated with such fast response and amazing care. They are going to replace the defective product and that means so much as it was for her 2nd birthday, and she LOVES her balance bike.

This pink bike is our springtime favorite!
It’s lightweight, stable, and perfectly suited for little kids. Easy to steer, with a great parent handle — every detail is well thought out.

We bought this tricycle for our 2-year-old son and it has been an excellent choice. It’s sturdy, stable, and very easy for little ones to handle. The seat is comfortable and adjustable, which means he can use it for longer as he grows. The wheels are quiet and don’t damage the floor if used indoors. Plus, the colorful and attractive design makes it even more fun for him.

A big advantage is that it includes a push bar for parents, which is perfect for when the child gets tired. The material quality is good, and it’s clear that it’s made to last. Definitely a great product to accompany their first rides.

I bought this balance bike for my son and honestly, I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment he hopped on, his confidence just soared. It’s lightweight enough for him to handle on his own, but sturdy enough to feel totally safe. Within days, he was gliding around like a pro!

What I love most is how it’s teaching him balance naturally—no training wheels, no fuss. It’s also a great way to burn off some of that endless toddler energy! The design is sleek, the tires are solid (no punctures!), and the adjustable seat means it’ll grow with him.

Watching him ride around with the biggest smile on his face has been priceless. If you’re thinking about getting one do it. This bike has been absolutely brilliant for us.
