Een bestelling gedaan, betaald voor me horloge en wacht nog steeds. Heel veel mailtjes gestuurd maar geen reactie.

I never received my watches and I never had an answer from the staff in any mail, I have not received my refund or anything like that

I can not contact to the shop!
I had ordered a watch from 21st Apr from the homepage. Now I have no communication to this shop, no email for tracking my oder. It's so bad...

I ordered the watch from Myntra and nearly after a month the watch stopped working. I think this is a scam because i have sent more than 3 follow up to the support desk and havent yet hear back. Such a fake watch that it just stopped working in a month of usage.

NO communication: since 10 days no answer about delivery status , i sent lot of emails and no answers , they need to be Honest , the reason why i bought this watch because of this(We are building water wells in Africa.
For every watch you buy we provide clean drinking water for one family.) but now i have doubts

Horloge is slecht als je hem niet omheb staat de tijd stil dus je moet hem elke dag opnieuw instellen met de tijd

Vaak besteld op deze site was er altijd erg over te spreken snelle levering vorige Maand 2 horloges besteld maar nog steeds niks ontvangen

Nearly a month ago I’ve ordered and paid a watch. Still waiting for the watch to reach the mail service. The track and trace code was sent but the watch is still not handed over to them.
I’ve mailed through 2 different mail accounts and left two messages through the website but no response whatsoever. Waiting for a watch is one thing but receiving a false track and trace without any communication is really bad.

Slecht!! Meer dan 1,5 week geleden een horloge besteld maar nog niets mogen ontvangen. Reageren niet op mails / het contactformulier of berichten via Instagram. Geld gewoon kwijt denk ik?

I just received my OTUS Neo Chrome from "KREDO". It looks amazing on my hand, I'm satisfied. The product quality is nice as well. Maybe gonna buy it again, but for my dad's birthday, he'd love golden ones.

I just got myself an OTUS Donna Rose watch and its so amazing! The colour is perfect,goes with almost everything. It is light weight and chic, something every girl would want. I was impressed at how fast the watch was shipped and the customer service, top notch! I'm definitely coming back to the site for more!

I have to say I am overall impressed with this company and its service. Although I am not a fan of ordering online due to the usual poor customer service and not knowing if I will get what I paid for, I am very pleasantly surprised by Kredo watches. I ordered the OTUS Donna silver watch, which has a very unusual and innovative design that I have not seen before. I fell in love with it immediately. Moving forward, the customer service experience was very pleasant, fast on replies, and very helpful. The watch came very fast and I am loving the free shipping. I've just received the OTUS Donna Rose I bought and it's beautiful. The watch size is perfect, looks great on my wrist and is super quality made. The shipping time was super fast, arrived sooner than I expected and in perfect conditions.

I love silver , I always struggle to find the watches that define beauty and luxury without having to pay tons of money till I bumped into the Otus donna , it's marvelous design and weight looks perfect on my hands . the customer service are helpful and super friendly and the shipment arrived on time !
