I ordered the watch from their website it's been more than 2 months still I have not received it yet. I have tried to contact customer care by mail but no response. its a big scam don't buy the product from their website if you are buying from myntra or Amazon do COD for safer purpose

Helaas, zeer ontevreden. 04-03-2024 horloge besteld en dus betaald, 30-03-2024 wel een factuur ontvangen. Maar geen horloge ontvangen. al meerdere keren een mail gestuurd. Maar krijg geen antwoord.

For All guys who been scammed by this Kredo , let put this on their social media so further no one can trap in their scam.

I also ordered 2 watches and try to connect with them from India but no one is there to reply.

Never received the watch after ordering. No response from kredo support even after writing so many mails to them. Seems like a scam.

Hi i have not received my order since a long time. My order number is 10283. Totally a disgrace that they dont reply over email social media any where. I wan the product or my money back. @kredo take some actions or else i would have to take this a lot further.

Placed an order on April 28th 2024 for 4 watches. The moment I placed an order received a mail saying you order has been placed and will be delivered shortly. Later after 2 days received another mail stating the shipment details for the order placed but there were not tracking details or links to support the mail.

After that I have been writing mails to support team about providing me the correct shipment details or the link to track the same but have not got any reply from them.

Ordered 4 watches never came. No contact whatsoever. I’ve emailed 6 times and I finally get an automated response email saying a refund has been issued. I wanted my watches but at this stage I’ll take my money back I hope the refund doesn’t take as long as the watches. (I hope I actually get a refund) There is something fishy going on with this company and legal action needs to be taken.

I don’t think they have a legit help centre you can literally not contact them any how and they don’t reply to any of our concerns. I don’t know if it’s legit or fake but this feels not so genuine. I ordered a few days back and received a shipped message but couldn’t track my order as the link won’t open.

placed an order on April 15th during a ‘buy one, get one free’ promotion but I have yet to receive a response from the Kredo team. Despite sending numerous emails to the support team, there has been no reply, which is disappointing and gives the impression of a scam by the Kredo team.

I’ve placed an order on 10th April, as Kredo is running B1G1 offer. My order number is #5010093KR and I’ve paid 8,600 INR for 2 watches, the delivery is to Mumbai, India. I’ve not received and sort of email confirmation or communication from the seller about Delivery details or tracking information. I’ve been trying to e-mail them and get in touch literally everyday, yet no response from the Team. Seems like my Money is wasted now. @Kredo if I don’t get my watch delivered then there will be legal consequences.
It’s hard earned money and if you are not what you say you are then stop this s***

Waited more than 10 days no response to mails, no tracking link provided yet. I saw many other feedbacks facing same issues. Scam Alert!!

DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!

I have ordered two watches on April 5th and it's April 20th today and I still haven't received any update or any response from the company yet. I have literally sent 4-5 mails and I haven't got a single reply. I have got a mail saying track package and there is no link as such.
Guys if you don't know how to run a business please don't. Don't scam people's hard working money. Please shut the website. I'm literally checking my mail 3-4 times everyday. Please don't do this guys. People will be facing a lot of issues because of you all.

Have placed my order have not even got confirmation of my order . And money is cut from my account . I am getting no reply from them . 7 days have passed no reply . KREDO pls don’t scam customers and refund our money

I paid for my order on website but no one reply.
I tried email & facebook for them for 14 days.

I haven’t received the watch. I tried to mail the support team 5 times but didn’t get any reply. They even didn’t send any link to track the delivery. This is a big SCAM. They are charging money and not sending the product. Just guess how much money they make by this.

Keine Bestellbestätigung bekommen, auf keine E-Mail wurde reagiert. Dann war die Uhr endlich da, wollte sie direkt zurückschicken natürlich wurde nicht mal ein Retoure schein in das Paket gegeben. Einfach eine Bodenlose Frechheit!

I had the neochrome band. It has gotten me compliments every time I have worn it. I am sold on the quality for the price and social benefit spect of Kredo.
