Rough Rider folding Chefs knife review
Ordered the Rough Rider folding Chefs knife on the Thursday evening and it arrived on the Sunday morning. It’s a great value knife for a very reasonable price and would recommend it to anyone considering buying. It is very sharp, safe with being able to fold it (not to leave it out tho where children are). Happy with my purchase!

This is a company that shows it values and respects its customers-one thing that is becoming something of a rarity these days! The items I’ve bought have all been of high quality and at good reasonable prices. Highly recommend them.

Morning Jonathan, thanks for the review. We’re very pleased that you like the kitchen knife. We’ve looked into your disappointment with delayed delivery and can see you placed you order on 31st Jan. We processed the delivery on the 1st and DPD attempted delivery on 2nd Jan but no one was available. We have to hand the delivery to an adult to comply with legislation on bladed items. DPD successfully delivered on 3rd Jan. We will mail you directly also.

Would give 0 if possible. Order 496, order was placed almost 10 days ago. Was not provided a tracking number. I have no clue if this product is on the way or not

Thanks for the updated information. You should have received a tracking update on the day of despatch so something seems to have gone wrong, we’ll come back to you with a reference and find out where your consignment is. Apologies for this aggravation.
Update 24/01 We continue to monitor this shipment. Unfortunately it has been caught in the disruption caused by the recent cyber attack on the Royal Mail. Deliveries are starting to ship this week from them.
