azienda che mi ha bannato un conto inutilmente, con un account da 25k penalizzandomi chiudendomi il conto dicendomi che ho fatto penalità dove ho aperto operazioni in giorni differenti. inviando le prove che non c'era penalità, loro non hanno mai risolto il problema.

The most regrettable first: On July 6th, I received approval for the first payout from KortanaFX. All necessary steps had been completed. To this day (one month later), the payment has not arrived. At the same time, I can't trade on. Support is not responding since weeks, and for several days now, the dashboard has been inaccessible. The chatbot on the site is very limited. KortanaFX has listed its rules transparently. Since they are spread over multiple pages and include many, sometimes unusual, limitations, the likelihood is high that sooner or later, you will make a mistake, not receive the full payout, or have your account closed. I do not recommend this provider.

LOS COMENTARIOS QUE LEAN POSITIVOS A PARTIR DEL MES DE JULIO DE 2024 HASTA LA FECHA SON BOTS, DICEN LO MISMO. SIN EMBARGO NO RESPONDEN CORREOS, Y LOS RETIROS. TODOS LOS SÍNTOMAS DE UNA ESTAFA. SIGUEN VENDIENDO DESAFIOS SIN PAGAR. NO PIERDA SU DINERO

DESDE EL 26 DE JULIO EL BROKER NO FUNCIONA. ACTUALMENTE TIENEN TODAS LAS OPERACIONES EN PAUSA, NO CONTESTAN LOS EMAILS, SUSPENSIÓN DE TODOS LOS PAGOS, EMPRESA DE FONDEO QUE AL PARECER ESTÁ DANDO TODOS LOS SINTOMAS DE ESTAFA. NO CAIGAN EN LA TRAMPA, NO COMPREN EL DESAFÍO. PERDERÁN SU DINERO Y NO LO RECUPERARAN.

I had a terrible experience with KortanaFX. I bought 100k account from them. First, I started with MT4, but they got banned from MT4, and they migrated me to MT5, and then to MT5 BANNED them again. The company is very unresponsive. I requested a new account about over 3 weeks ago, but nobody has replied to me. Every time I tried the chat box, I only got automated responses directing me to different emails each time, making it clear they don’t want to be contacted. Despite emailing multiple addresses, I have received no responses. Before my MT5 account was locked, I noticed that 80% of my profit was missing in their dashboard. I contacted them about this, but still, no response. Following a migration problem, my account disappeared entirely. Despite multiple follow-ups and providing screenshots and screen recordings, I have been completely ignored. This company is a total scam, as confirmed by many others. Don't be fooled by their HFT accounts, you won't get paid.

Tempi di attesa dell’assistenza eterni, inutile dire che quando stavo per fare un payout magicamente il mio account MT5 non ci collega più al broker. Naturalmente non si sa nulla, non ci dicono nulla, dicono solo “siamo a conoscenza del problema risolveremo al più presto”.
Andate su roba più solida FTMO oppure the5%ers che almeno siete sicuri di non essere presi in giro

I`ve been with Kortana 4 months now and unfortunately I breeched the rules on my first funded account. Then I purchased the second account which was running smoothly when I received a email, with no notification stating that my account has been transferred to a broker called ESRO which had also been reset back to the initial 200k. I carried on trading and was in about 2k profit getting close to a withdrawal then noticed my trading balance wasn`t matching my platform balance, obviously the alarm bells started to sound, then the account was suspended due to apparently ESRO breeching the MT5 licence rules. I`m now still waiting for a reply as Kortana has stated they`ve suspended all operations.
I`m truly hoping they stand by their clients as they claimed they are the best in the business!!
Let`s see.

I purchased 100K account two months ago. My first withdrawal was denied due to multiple IP issues, even though I didn't use any multiple devices to trade. The second time, I run all the trades using my mobile and network, and I installed an Apple shortcut. When I open the MT5 software, it automatically disconnects the WiFi and opens my mobile network to avoid multiple IP systems. And I requested a second withdrawal on July 11, 2024. Till now, I haven't received my funds or email from KOrtana. I have sent many emails about this issue, but I have not received any response from them.

son estafadores es la 7 reseñas mala que les pongo y todos los dias voy a poner una nueva para que nadie caiga en la estafa de esta peña, no les estan pagando a nadie las comisiones no compreis challengs aqui por que se van a quedar con vuestro dinero

Ya esta empresa murió negando pagos por reglas estúpidas. No caigan kortana es una estafa. Fíjense q en la página principal quitaron el link de trustpilot

Desde el primer momento el soporte dejó bastante que desear (solución aportada y tiempo de respuesta).
Un día entré al dashboard y para mi sorpresa el estado de la cuenta era "violada"sin haber incumplido ninguna de sus normas. Resulto que habían cambiado de bróker y tras uno días conseguí que me pasaran las credenciales del nuevo broker (me resetearon la cuenta a 0, cosa que me vino bien pero no me pareció lo correcto).
Hasta aquí tiene paso. Tras el primer periodo de retiro (21 días), solicité el mismo (día 15/07/2024) y hasta hoy sin respuesta.
He escrito 3 correos con igual resultado y desde hace unos días ya no funciona ni la web.
La cosa pinta fea. Para quien no esté dentro que miré mejor que yo la empresa de fondeo que utiliza.

É jogar dinheiro fora pessoal, está na cara que não vão voltar mais ao mercado, o golpe foi dado. Vários traders que conheço fizeram lucro e não conseguiam sacar , sempre ele alegam alguma coisa para barrar o saque, seja o tal do IP ou alegam copy. Comprei 2 meses de 200 k e joguei no lixo o dinheiro, pois agora inventaram que não tem licença do mt kkkkk. Só rindo mesmo do gorpe.

Estafadores de porquería. Desaparecieron sin ningún aviso y siguen vendiendo challenges

Mañana mismo voy a denunciarlos .. no me responden al email ni nada … llevo mas de un med esperando y no me han dado el servicio , no me han contactado para darme info que no estan operativos ni nada de nada

Ragazzi. Non pagano, punto e basta. Ogni volta una scusa diversa.
Lasciate perdere se non volete buttare via il tempo.

Muy mala empresa, ya no saben qué más inventarse para seguir quedándose con el dinero de los challenge.

ES UNA ESTAFA, ES SCAM, no confíen ni pongan su dinero en esos ladrones, espero de corazón que la vida les cobre MUY CARO todo lo que están haciendo, espero que les falte la comida, espero que caigan en extrema pobreza, espero que les falte la salud, porque es lo que se merecen, por LADRONES, POR ESTAFADORES, por VENDEHUMOS, no confíen en ellos, ya los veré sufriendo y me reiré, la vida da muchas vueltas y las cobra caro, ladrones !

La peor empresa para fondearte, tengo cuentas en varias empresas sin problemas y Kortana es de lejos la peor de todas. No os la recomiendo
