compre una cuenta de fondeo de 50k por crypto pase la prueba, pero tenian su famosa regla de IP y por un viaje que tenia no opere de inmediato luego migraron de mt4 a mt5 y ya pasaron dos meses desde que me dieron las nuevas credenciales de mt5 las cuales no funcionaron por que perdieron la licencia de operacion. un fraude total...

Pagamenti rifiutati, regole assurde create apposta per non pagare, assistenza che fa pena. non rispondono alle mail. NO PAGAN, TENGN CUIDADO SON TODOS UNOS ESTAFADORES

Tenia una cuenta desde enero de este año, y desde hace mas de un mes no puedo hacer operaciones, no me deja iniciar sesión en mt5 y escribo a soporte y no contestan solo tienen un bot que responde con un anuncio de que están solucionando el problema de mt5 pero no hay un soporte al que uno pueda escribir.

Trustpilot borró mi reseña no sé por qué. Yo no estoy mintiendo y tengo pruebas. Vuelvo a poner mi reseña por qué no se puede hacer más nada.

Kortana tiene una regla que la llaman “ account management” y es implementada por algoritmos. Está muy mal ejecutada me acusaron de tener 3 cuentas con el mismo IP y eso era totalmente falso. Lo reclamé primero por chat y después me mandaron para el email y solo me dieron unos descuentos y brega con eso. Perdí $4,800 por que a Kortana le dio la gana

Only give one star because I have to. This prop firm is a scam, they don’t pay out don’t waste your time. I advice you to do your research before buying into Kortana, you will waste your time and money here. I wrote the rules down and made sure I stayed within the rules and surprise surprise I got hit with account management. They give you bogus reasons to not pay you out

After several emails, I decided to trust this company.
First, after payment, they haven't sent me the credentials for my challenge.
After the support finally replied, they sent them to me. Unfortunately with another email address, so I only found them a long time later.
Secondly soon after my purchase they migrate to MT5 and never sent me the credentials for the MT5 account.
They told me to contact the support and they never reply.

Just a scam among the others.

It is totally scam. I have a very bad experience with Kortana when I request a payout after making profits.
They accused me of my acccount is being managed by someone. I am the only one to trade this account, how can it be managed by the others? When I ask them to provide me detailed information what IP addresses associated with my account, they did not respond.
I am wondering why they did not respond to me as I had requested it many times it is because they cannot provide evidence, I thiink the only reason is they do not have!
Stay away this scam company.

estava tudo bem! tinha uma conta e fiz saque, porem numa segundo teste para uma conta 25K, sumiram com minha conta, não consta mais no site deles, já fiz vários contatos no suporte deles, não recebi nenhuma resposta! não esperava isso deles.

I have a 100k account that I was trading with for over a month with no issues. I was going to Portugal for holidays and as soon as I landed I could not access my account on mt5 so I checked to see if forex trading was allowed there and it was so I sent a mail to kortana got no reply so left it a few days and sent another mail. I followed on with about 4 more emails. So I said I would wait till I got home to see if I could access my account. When I irived home still no luck and sent another email no reply. I found 2 other email account for kortana so sent emails to those this is going on 3 weeks now and I have not got any email off them explaining why I can't access my account or even to say I breached any rules. Now I have to look at finding another prop firm as I have no faith in this one. I think it is very unprofessional to not respond to emails or even inform some one if there account is closed.

A Kortanafx paga para os traderes que obtém algum lucro com o dinheiro dos perdedores nos testes e são a maioria. Eles vivem trocando de plataforma justamente para anular os traders anteriores e ai eles iludem com novas plataformas.
Os traders não são avisados, perdem contato definitivo, o suporte não responde e-mails.
Dizem que estão em Dubai, são verdadeiros ratos da internet. Estão em qual quer pais, menos em Dubai.
Não invista seu suado dinheiro nessa porcaria, que só querem lhe roubar.

Atenção: eu não vou me cansar de divulgar essa rede de LADROES enquanto eles tiverem no ar.

Estava fazendo operações normalmente, quando a mais de mês atrás a kortana teve seu acesso ao MT5 suspenso. Não consigo mais operar, não consigo logar na plataforma... quero reembolso!
