I've been ordering from Koi for the past couple of months, and the quality has been consistently good. Shipping is fast, and lab reports are easy to access. My only complaint is that reordering isn't as convenient as it could be. Aside from that, it's been a solid experience.

So I want to be fair here because I really like this peptides company. Quality is excellent, no complaints on the products themselves, and the team has been responsive every time I've had a question. My only gripe and the reason I'm not giving five stars is that on my last order one of the vials came with a slightly bent cap. Still sealed and usable, the contents were fine, but it was a little annoying for the price point. I emailed them about it and they offered to send a replacement which I declined because it wasn't a big enough deal, just something to note. Solid company overall.
