A complete failure in accountability, saved at the very end by Danielle S.
Koalafi’s customer service and escalation process is a complete disaster in accountability, saved only at the very end when I was finally connected with Danielle S. in the Customer-Merchant Advocacy Team. After weeks of total incompetence, stonewalling, and unprofessional tactics from previous agents, Danielle resolved everything transparently. She answered all my questions and cleanly handled my account in just 15 minutes.
Danielle proved what real customer advocacy and true professionalism look like by stepping up, taking immediate ownership, and fixing weeks of bad-faith handling in less than a quarter of an hour. She sincerely apologized and completely understood that basic communication should have been provided on my own account. Rather than making excuses, she immediately jumped into action. I sincerely thank you, Danielle. You truly should be the escalations manager—everyone else, take notes from Danielle.

We had an agreement regarding payment, yet you changed everything without notifying me; meanwhile, you keep deducting money from my account every month, even though I have an email from you stating that I had finished paying. Terrible the interest rate is…
Terrible the interest rate is ridiculous I spent $712 on brakes and if I do not pay it off in 90 days I have to pay 2 payments a month for 12 months in total $1600 that is more than twice of the original cost. And to top it off you can not make payments by credit card totally a rip off. Talk about screwing over the customer and taking ever dime from them. Stay away
Update 8/21/26 contacted customer advocate like request still absolutely NO help. Everyone beware if you use this company inless you pay off you balance in 3 months they will charge you 120% of the bill.

Difficulty in viewing mobile contract and clarification of calculation of additional fees assessed for "90day same as cash"option upon approval by Koalifi offered by the Auto Repair Shop which ends up being approximately $181.00 in addition to Auto Repairs of approximately $1228 including taxes..So in reality, it's really not 90 days same as cash,(transparency)...It's something wrong with that picture.(transparency)
