A Knock loan allowed our busy family to make an offer on the house we wanted before selling our then current home, move on our own timeline, and wait for the best offer on our former home. The Knock process was easy, quick and the communication and service was great! The process was seemless beginning to end. We had our approval and made an offer that was accepted quickly. I am so grateful there is a loan option like Knock to be a solution for busy people to buy and sell a home with less stress. Once we werer fully moved out of our old house and showings could happen any time with an immaculate house, we were under contract within a few weeks. Next time we want to buy a new home, Knock will be the first thing we do so we don't have to deal with the stress of multiple showings while still living in our home with kids and pets.

The Knock program is a gamechanger in an ever changing real estate market. Their seamless process allowed our Client to purchase a home that would never have allowed a contingency contract.

Excellent communication

Everyone was helpful, very nice, answered all our questions and made the transaction possible after another company dropped ball.

Paperwork all flowed very smoothly. Only negative is that it was not disclosed until the buyers were well into the process that a private investor was involved and if the home is not sold within 90 days, a massive price reduction was requested on their part. Not cool!

Great communication!

I had a wonderful experience with Knock helping us move from our home into a new one. They sent us a personalized video that went over our specific information and plan, and answered any questions I had very quickly. The cost of using this service was fair, I would definitely recommend this for anyone who doesn't want to worry about lining up the sale of their current home when purchasing a new one.
