Fantastic customer service and products
Knix has fantastic customer service and great exchange and returns. Alex W. is a great "knixpert", answered all my questions in good time and helped me get what both me and my daughter needed. The products are great quality, look great and work really well. I have bought re-usuable pads, boxers, cotton briefs and no show and we love them all!

made a purchase last week shipped to my house. made a purchase this week, and it defaulted to an old address. I immediately hopped on the chat bubble and got the address corrected before my order was shipped. I then updated my profile and removed any old addresses. Knix customer service was fast and efficient.

Top Notch Customer Service Experience
I placed an order late at night and afterwards I quickly realized that the wrong shipping address auto populated. I reached out to Knix customer service and the next morning I heard from Alex who was able to pleasantly and easily rectify the situation for me. What a refreshing experience! Great customer service today! I had to ask for a delivery address change for my order that was just about to ship. The assigned customer service Knixpert, Catherine, jumped right in to ensure the right manual updates occurred. (Beyond that she offered to help resolve any settings issues I might have had if this was a system issue, which it didn’t happen to be this time.). Great responsiveness, and on a weekend no less.
