Products are fine, but horrible AI "customer service"
Products are great, but customer service is horrific. There are no humans. Live chat is AI (and not even a good one), and if you ask for a human agent it asks for your email address and then says "no agents available, we'll email you". The AI then sends an email saying a human will reply soon, but they never do. If you attempt to contact them via email, AI responds saying someone will get back to you, but again, they never do. There is a phone number (hard to find), but if you choose the Customer option, they say there is no one available, and you should hang up and use chat or email. Incredibly frustrating. I've been buying Knix for years, but no longer will as it's impossible to get sizing help, or customer service help when they screw up an order.

Minor glitch in ordering fixed quickly by Customer Service
I was trying to order online from Knix. When using a rebate coupon, I kept losing my free shipping option. I emailed Knix customer service and they quickly responded to my email. They offered to refund me the shipping charge (with tax) due to the glitch. Catherine was so quick in responding, organizing the refund and advising their technical team of the minor glitch. This was all done within 30 minutes. Thank you Catherine! This is not my first time emailing their customer support. With this great service, this is why I love shopping at Knix.
Great Customer Service
I placed an order and realized after I submitted it, my address was wrong and it was going to a different city 🤦♀️ I contacted Knix as there is no way to cancel an order. I received a reply back within 24h. They were unable to stop it and was told to contact them back after the status was delivered. I did that and they wrote back saying they had resent my order to the correct address at no cost to me! Amazing customer service! I was working with Shamita and she was so helpful!
I recently had to initiate an exchange…
I recently had to initiate an exchange on a bra due to some unexpected weight loss. I am an anxious person, and it was extremely difficult for me to find the courage to reach out about this at first. I was fortunate to receive a reply from Catherine, who was so friendly and helpful right from the beginning that she made the entire exchange experience completely painless and relaxed.
I had received the Wing Woman Contour bra—the third one I own—as a gift in December. It still had the tags on, so even though it was out of the 30 day return window, Catherine went ahead and sent me the link for an exchange anyway—without any pushback whatsoever. She was also able to complete the transaction without letting the person who gifted me the bra know that I was exchanging it, which I specifically asked for. I recommend the Wing Woman Contour bra to literally everybody I can online, especially for bigger busted women who have a difficult time finding wireless support. It holds the girls in while being super supportive and my boobs don’t fall out of it the second I bend down. This has made me a very loyal customer! To find out that Knix’s customer support is so accommodating is very motivating for me to keep recommending them to anybody I can. I was able to drop the other bra off at the post office yesterday to begin the exchange, and I got an email early this morning saying my shipment is being processed and is on the way. That was quick!
Big thanks to Catherine for making it happen, and for being so accommodating and kind during the whole process. She even offered a free bra sizing consultation to me if I needed any help before ordering the new one! I will continue shopping with Knix, not only because their products are so good but also because of the fantastic customer support.
Fabulous Experience and Products!
I recently went into the Guilford store after having lost a considerable amount of weight and a lot of that in my chest. The associate that helped me was unbelievably helpful, completely knowledgable and overall just made it an unbelievably wonderful experience.
While I was in the change room, I could overhear the Associate talking to other associates as they were leaving at the end of their shift. Not only did she tell them they’ve done a good job. She also pointed out specific things that they had done really well that day during their shift. When she came back to me, I asked her if she was a manager, and she said she was. I told her that if she wasn’t, she should be because listening to how she supported her staff and the way she was dealing with customers, including one that was difficult beside me was absolute textbook.
Kyla made my experience so perfect just by the way she treated me and everyone around us not only that I found the most comfortable bra I have ever worn in my entire life and I am now a huge fan of that store and the products. I actually wore the bra out of the store and left my crappy shaper mint bra behind to be thrown in the garbage!
Knox- outstanding products and customer service
I have bought Knix products for years and they have consistently been very high quality. A recent purchase had a fastener come loose. After emailing Customer Service, I was contacted by Shamita almost immediately, and with a little more information from me, she provided a very quick and seamless solution. Knix products have been my go-to … and this experience has totally reinforced that!

Don’t bother with AI bots
I had a quality issue with a bra that i recently purchased. I messaged the AI chat bot on the site as the site suggested and after taking some details, it said it would escalate my request to customer service. I waited a week with no response. I then emailed regular customer service and had an annoying series of emails again with an AI assistant where I was repetitively asked for details about my order. Once this was finally escalated to a real human being my issue was resolved promptly. I have dealt with Knix in the past and was pleased with the customer service. I was previously able to get straight to a human without all the AI nonsense in between. Knix, please stop replacing your workers with AI, it’s trash. It was a big waste of my time and it doesn’t work properly. Pay your human staff more, they are gold. Especially Shamita who fixed things right up for me. Much appreciated.
Read offers carefully
I placed an order and unfortunately the product did not fit well. I was able to return them but only for store credit. When I went to use my store credit the site a discount was placed in my cart for $60.00 labelled as a shop now discount. After the charge went through I realized the $60.00 was not removed from the total.
After multiple painful messages with customer service (probably just AI) I was told oh its not actually a discount it was just saying you saved $60 from bundling.

I've updated my rating after writing my review I was contacted by Knix who worked with me to refund the product I did not want. Its too bad it took making a public review to receive the excellent services I did in the end.

This product was good but not anymore. They only last for 6-8 months. I have purchased so much fabric glue to keep fixing all my under garments. The sticky hem just doesn't last. I've been purchasing this product since 2021. And now when I email photos and issues; i do not hear back. I give up.
I'm very disappointed in this brand just another lululemon.

Easy Purchase Experience
I purchased a swimsuit and forgot to apply my discount code. I quickly reached out to customer service and Shamita helped me out very quickly and I received a refund with the discounted amount. Very happy with my experience so far, and I’m excited to see how the swimsuit fits me!
Outstanding products, but equally outstanding customer service.
I have been buying from Knix since 2020. I’m a big fan - obviously -of their products, but what puts this company over the top is their customer service.
I very recently had a significant problem with a with an order that had gone missing. (May have been my own fault; I’m still trying to figure out what happened.) Regardless, they responded via email within minutes of my inquiry to address it perfectly. No stress, no big annoying waste of time speaking to multiple people. Honestly, just a joy to deal with. And in this most recent case, I really hope Shamita, the customer service agent with whom I was speaking, gets some recognition for her knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. It’s customer service reps like Shamita that will keep me loyal to a company forever.
Awful Customer Service Experience
I have been a long time customer of Knix. I especially love their bathing suits and maternity bras! But my most recent experience dealing with customer service Knixpert Shamita was an absolute nightmare. I had ordered three items (two bathing suit tops and a pair bottoms). Unfortunately, one of my items never shipped because it went out of stock. Shamita issued a refund for the out of stock item. I had to then contact her back because she hadn’t included the taxes in the refund. Then I wanted to return my other two items because the bathing suit top I received didn’t fit and so I had no use for the bottoms. But Shamita had applied the refund to the two items I did receive. So when I tried to return the items I couldn’t even get back half of what I paid. When I pointed this out to her she said my refund was applied correctly. I had to explain to her over and over and over that something doesn’t add up. I was only going to get back 138.13 when I paid 196.62 even though I’m returning my entire order. She essentially applied the refund for the out of stock item to the two items I did receive so the system wouldn’t allow her to refund the total amount that I paid. Look I understand everyone makes mistakes but this is plain and simple math that she continued to argue and state was correct. She even said taxes are calculated by dividing the total taxes by 3 (number of items). I had to explain taxes are based on percentages and here in Quebec it is 15%. And since each item is a different price the taxes must be calculated for each item separately not just divided by 3.
“AGENT (Shamita): I completely understand why this looks confusing, let me clarify:
- Your original order was 3 items totaling $196.62, but a Buy 2+ Swim discount was applied across the order.
- The first refund for the out-of-stock item (Sculpt Square Neck Bikini Top) was $67.28.
- The refund for the remaining two items is $70.85, which reflects the discounts and taxes already applied.
AGENT (Shamita): Because the system calculates refunds based on the amount actually paid per item after discounts and previous refunds, the total refunded amount doesn’t add up to the full $196.62.
AGENT (Shamita): I know it can feel like you’re missing money, but this is how the refund system calculates the correct amount.”
She even acknowledges that it doesn’t add up to the amount I paid but still continues to defend the system instead of acknowledging a mistake.
I told her over and over and over I paid 196.62 after the sale price. I even explained $100 on a gift card and the rest on credit and she continued to defend that the system was correct.
Absolutely awful. She refused to transfer me to anyone saying I would get the same answer. And when I sent an email to file a complaint about Shamita, it was Shamita who replied back with a generic message “Thanks for reaching out! Please let me know how I can assist you today?”

One of the packs I ordered arrived in the wrong colour and Catherine from customer service was super quick to help and ship the correct colour to me. I’m always happy with the quality of my Knix products and how fast the orders arrive, and the customer service team does a great job.
Excellent products and superior customer service
Knix products are functional, stylish, and comfortable, but the customer service puts the company over the top! We ordered a bathing suit for my daughter that had a cosmetic sewing flaw that we didn’t notice until first wear. Shamita responded and resolved our issue swiftly, thoroughly, and pleasantly! We will continue to shop with Knix for its excellence in innovation, safety, quality, and service.
Fantastic customer service
I bought 5 pairs of Knix leakproof underwear in February. 2 thongs, 1 pair of bikini cut and 2 teen sleep boxers. Truly a game changer and I feel so much better moving away from tampons. I had an issue with the boxers, I reached out to Knix and their customer service was amazing. I dealt with Alex B. (She/her). She was incredibly helpful, quick replies and gave me some great tips for cleaning and care instructions for my underwear. As a measure of good will, Alex offered me a discount for a future purchase. Very much appreciated and truly a great company!
