KMR couldn’t fill my order due to logistical problems (not KMR’s fault) so Nick was able to provide some work-arounds and I’m very happy with the outcome. Thanks Nick.

I won't be back
This is my first order with KMR and its been nothing short of a shambles. I ordered a Midiclock paying via card, my payment was flagged for some reason and they didn't hold the item for me or get in touch to tell me there was an issue. What was worse was no response to my emails. I was also unable to log into my account to find out what was going on due to a problem on the site, in the end i had to call from Australia to find out what was happening. To compound not getting the item i ordered i now need to wait 5 days for a refund. Lovely.

Fast turnaround but wrong address on…
Fast turnaround but wrong address on package. Luckily the delivery driver was a decent guy and drove the extra mile to the actual address. My first order with KMR. Not a great start.
