After spending an hour with you on the phone on the Friday discussing case options, he was expecting you to call back once you had further considered the options and made a decision. As he did not hear from you, it was assumed that you had either changed your mind or gone elsewhere and that was the end of the matter. We understand that you feel you have had poor service in this instance – for which we are sorry – however, we believe this is simply down to a misunderstanding and would appreciate the opportunity to change your mind should you be willing to try us again in the future. Great service for my speaker purchase
All round great service. Stefan from KMR gave some great advice for me while choosing my new monitors. I was able to demo three pairs in my own room for a week to make my final decision. Once I'd settled on a pair of Neumann KH310s they were sent very promptly.

Fantastic Pro Audio dealers. As well as being super friendly and helpful the guys at KMR are very knowledgable and always spot on with their recommendations. I also find their after sales support to be top class as well. Highly recommended.

Amazing service
Amazing service, I was able to pick up from the store after a quick chat on the phone just after I had placed my order! Good prices, lovely people and easy to use website, will be getting all my audio needs from KMR from now on.

Very long wait - now on it's way to being sorted
An update on the below. It looks like Tom at KMR has now managed to get things moving a bit earlier than expected which is great news. The issues of pandemic and supply chains have caused problems with suppliers so don't think KMR can take all the blame for the delays. My advice is to check your product is in stock and available before ordering!
I have been waiting almost 2 months now for delivery, on a product (still) marked as shipping in 3-5 days on the KMR website. Communication has been non-existent and it seems to be up to me to keep chasing up to ask when to expect delivery. Very frustrating and not an experience I have had with other similar retailers. At the very least it would have been nice to be kept updated on progress. I will update this review when (if?) I receive the product I paid for at the end of November.

Great service from Tom at KMR
Great service from Tom at KMR, stepping up to Barefoots for my studio was a big decision and he was patient and helpful throughout the process. Will definitely use KMR again.

First time using KMR
First time using KMR. One Babyface Pro FS turned up next day despite UPS claiming it would be some days later. Well packed, finance option easy to use. Can't fault KMR and will come back to them in the future.

First class service
First class service, item was out of stock when purchased. I was offered an alternative & partial refund but wanted the original item.
Staff pulled out all the stops to supply the item AND get it to me before Christmas Day as it was a present. It arrived on Christmas Eve. Wonderful service & communication.

KMR audio are my new ‘go to’ for the studio
KMR audio are my new ‘go to’ for studio & audio equipment. Excellent professional product range and the service is efficient & quality.
Slight issue with prolonged delivery due to the item not being within their stock although stated on there website as being so. This is the only reason for not being 5 stars, but I reckon this is rare for this company.
Costumer service kept me updated constantly and the delivery is ups tracked and not over priced.
Great on the whole! +++
