I got my order earlier then I expected

I got my order earlier then I expected. I have small issues with delivery. I would advice to the company to don't forget to give a courier Eir code for customers from Ireland.

Klipshop always delivers

Klipshop always delivers. Delivers on product, service and communication. Prices are excellent and the price for delivery is well worth it. I bought on this occasion Matrix high amplify hairspray. The best hairspray on the market. Light but controls hair when you need it. It is the best.

Unregistered Company in UK breaching the import and…

I am the official Selvert Thermal distributor for the United Kingdom, so I have a professional responsibility to ensure that UK customers receive authentic products, correct information and proper support.

I recently reviewed this seller because several UK practitioners contacted me with concerns after purchasing from them. To understand the situation better, I placed an order myself. The experience raised multiple red flags.

The company has no visible UK presence, no working customer service line and no registered UK business details that I could verify. The parcel I received also included import paperwork that was not consistent with what authorised distributors normally issue. Delivery took several days longer than expected, and I received no clear communication or support throughout the process.

As a distributor working directly with the brand, I know how important product authenticity, traceability and correct documentation are for practitioner and client safety. The inconsistencies I experienced were concerning enough that I felt UK customers should be aware before making a purchase.

I have attached photos of what I received so others can make an informed judgement based on real evidence rather than assumptions.

This review reflects my direct experience and my professional duty to protect both the brand and UK practitioners and customers around UK

1. Regarding your claim that “several UK practitioners contacted you”
Since adding this brand to our shop only two weeks ago, your order is the only purchase made from the UK. No other customers or practitioners have bought these products from us, and no concerns have been reported. Your statement does not reflect our actual order history.
2. About the “lack of UK presence” and “no working customer service line”
We are a Lithuania-based, fully registered company. All business details, registration information, and contact channels, including our UK freephone number, are clearly listed on our website. You did not attempt to contact us before posting this review. In fact, we reached out to you proactively, and you spoke with our director directly through our official phone line yesterday - 2025-12-03.
3. Product authenticity and sourcing.
All products we sell come from an authorised official distributor in Lithuania. These are the same supplier contacts you yourself sent to us. You informed us that you intend to file a complaint because, as the UK distributor, you believe only you are allowed to sell these products in the UK. While we respect brand agreements, this does not make products sourced from an official authorised European supplier inauthentic or unsafe.
4. Delivery time and documentation. Your order was shipped from our Lithuania warehouse. The import paperwork included in your parcel is the standard documentation for EU–UK shipments and meets all required procedures.

We take transparency and authenticity very seriously, and we welcome any customer to contact us directly with questions. Our goal is always to provide accurate information and a positive purchasing experience.

Today I received my order

Today I received my order. My cream was without an inner lid, which makes me think that it is a fake. Before this, I ordered the same cream and it had an inner lid.

Fast delivery & good communication

Had never heard of this shop before so was skeptical, but I searched around for eyelash serum and here was the most reasonable priced for it. Was really fast delivery seen as though I think it’s outside of the UK. Well packaged and well priced, will definitely be ordering my Turkish products from here in the future :)
