You are very poor service for your Electricity bulbs warranty and guaranty

I ordered a watch, it’s paid for yet I haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them numerous times and they don’t bother to respond.
Do not recommend!

I have ordered a Hugo Boss watch on 1st October 2022, as Birthday gift for my brother, never received the order despite sending numerous of emails I still haven't received my order or refund. Payment taken full plus express delivery charges too.

Their customer service is awful they never reply to emails very unprofessional company, I would not recommend anyone using them.

Watch ordered on 19th October, email confirmation of order received and informed the order would be processed in 2 days. No watch ever received; no dispatch email received, no response to emails, telephone number does not work. Took the money and no goods delivered. :(

Ordered an XL polo shirt, but received a XXXL sized one.

Clearly this is 2 sizes too big and needs to be resolved / refunded accordingly.
The published phone number doesn't work and they don't reply to emails so I'have to visit in person to get my refund.

I don’t know why this business is still on trust pilot. I ordered a wrist watch on the 8th of July for next day delivery, no email from them and they didn’t reply to me. They had guts to send dispatch message on 2nd of august with no tracking information and that same day, asked for me to rate the business. Imagine the insult, rubbing salt on injury. You have stolen from me but then to rub my face in it, who does that? I replied them and they asked that I send my order number which I did. No reply from them since. Who raised these people? How do they think it’s okay to steal from people like this?? It’s only God that will judge them

Ordered watch on Thursday , express delivery as needed for Wednesday have had no emails to confirm dispatch have emailed no reply hopefully here back soon and get for Wednesday , phone number does not work

I ordered a watch in the 12th august , they took the money immediately from my bank , I called the number which is out of service , then I emailed and messaged to find out when I would expect my delivery no answers to all 6 emails and messages. I then sent another email cancelling my order which was within the 14 days but still ignored.I contacted my bank and have to wait 30 days before they can raise a dispute. I have now had to purchase another watch from another company witch has arrived within 24 hours. Now today I receive a notification to say the original watch is on its way which I no longer need and have requested a cancelled order
Please can someone at least advise on returning the watch if and when it does turn up and getting a refund

My item was sent to a wrong address accdg to tracking delivery.. the contact number is not working.. how can a legit company not have a decent customer service number? I am waiting for a notification from them as to what to do with my order since Royal Mail delivered back my order to them.

Received the wrong item, telephone number is non existent and my email hadn't been responded to in nearly 2 weeks. Customer service is a complete joke. Definitely avoid this company.

Ordered an Armani watch they sent it in a Hugo Boss box with Hugo Boss paper work definitely will never order from here again sent it back for full refund which they did refund but I had to send 5 email and a PayPal request for the return postage fee. To save yourself stress shop around on eBay you will find the same watches brand new for half the price and they come with the correct box, paper work and COA

Have ordered from this site before and had no issues, however this time around when ordering I recieved the order confirmed email but nothing since and its been 2 weeks now. Ive emailed them, messaged their social media and tried calling and nothings going through or being answered.

I bough watch 3 days ago I pay for express delivery and is still in process…
This number what is on there website doesnt work so I can not even spoke with customer service..
3 mails not respond … So My last mail was that i would like Cancel My order and after few minites i get respond…“ Really sorry you are disapointed in the service, Ill get your order cancelled and refunded for you. ” now I find out on Trust pilot how many bad reviewers have this website..

Ordered a Hugo Boss watch and received it within a week, and the item was as described, got it for almost £100 less than other sites had it, so speaking from my own personal experience this was a first class service, only slite downside was I didn't receive a confirmation email soon as I ordered but I did get it a few days later, all in all I'm very happy, thanks guys will shop with you again 👍🏻

Products are good but the deliver Time mainly caused by Royal Mail it appears did spoil the experience.

Very fast delivery with valuable stuff 😎
