My apologies for not getting back to earlier.
We aren’t responsible for courier delays, but definitely provide a replacement if item isn’t delivered. You have received NZ Post tracking to check parcel transit, lodge the claim, etc.

i made an order a week ago, payment was taken, no order has been dispatched i have sent an email asking for an update and Nothing dont waste your time or money

after i posted this review they sent me an email saying they "lost the part in the warehouse" and were looking for it, a few days later i got an email saying they had cancelled my order but not refunded it, it took another email and a few more days to get a refund, i placed an order with another parts place and it shipped the same day, my advise is to avoid kiwi car parts.

An after market left indicator Toyota Aqua hybrid
I bought an after market left indicator for my Toyota Aqua car, the product came first within two days and was exactly the right fit and was easy to replace after watching few clips on Google.

Good, but not up to their usual high standards
Order was not packaged adequately. Spark plugs had come out of their boxes and were rattling around against each other in the bag they were in.
Also, no complimentary sweets as per previous orders ☹️

Good company
Good company. Faulty fuel pump, but the company replaced on faith (sent lots of evidence of voltage readings) and sent out a new one (car in the garage) while the other was being sent back. Thanks guys, really appreciate the help :) and support with all of this.
