The mug is very cute
The mug is very cute, and was made exactly as requested. I like all the variants for type of cat, personal skin color and hair, etc.

Great Father’s Day gift
The configuration of the shirt was super easy. I did one size up for a sleep shirt - very soft and comfortable. Super product and process! My husband loved his Father’s Day gift.

Great birthday gift!
The mug for my husband was just what I ordered. It is great to have so many choices for skin and hair color.
My only wish is that you had mugs in larger sizes. Thank you, Mia

Fun gift idea for people who have everything
I don't usually buy things off of social media ads, but this Cat Dad mug was so stinking cute that I couldn't resist. I loved the degree of personalization that was possible. Order was filled quickly, and the mug was packed very well. Hubby got a real kick out of his early Father's Day gift.

Could not be happier
I bought this mug for my roommate and was able to make the three cats look like our cats. She loves coffee and kitties so it was a hit. I literally could not be happier with my purchase

Bad but not the worst ever
Paid for express, arrived 2 weeks later instead of 5 days later. Got no answers to any of my questions on Instagram despite getting auto responses saying I would get a response soon. 2 stars because the cup did in fact arrive and it looks as advertised.

Hi Loga,
Thank you for your feedback!
As explained in our Instagram auto-response, all order-related inquiries should be sent via email to info@kittenfy.com.
We printed and shipped your personalized mug within two days, but unfortunately, the courier took a little longer than usual. We are very sorry your order arrived one day later than expected.
We hope you give us another chance in the future.
Have a purr-fect day! 😺✨
Yours truly,
Mila｜Chief Helpurr of Hoomins
