Mug Picture is Pixlated and Low Quality
I ordered a mug for Christmas and was disappointed. I like the idea of it, but I found the picture and writing on the mug to be grainy, pixalated, low quality, AND incomplete is some places. So much so, that it hurts my eyes to look at it from a foot away, but hey from a distance it's not so bad. I would not buy again, especially at the price they are charging. Disappointed.

Hi there!
We’re very sorry your mug wasn’t printed correctly. All of our products are printed with the highest quality and finish standards, so this sounds like a printing defect. We’d be happy to arrange a free replacement for you.
We couldn’t find any orders under this name, so please contact us via email, and we’ll assist you further.
Have a purr-fect weekend! 😺✨

RIP off postage costs
The product is fine and the cost is what it is. But £7.50 for post and packing one t shirt - standard post 10-14 days - is a blatant rip off and a deliberate way to massively increase cost/ profit. Very very poor.
Edit:
Well the good news is that I was wrong - following my post on here they had in fact refunded the full postage £7.50. I misread the email they sent me - apologies. I have now changed my review from 3 to 4 stars
So - if you think the £7.50 is too much just complain and you will get it refunded which is really great news. I had also suggested that I did not believe several of the 5 star reviews. They strongly refuted this and confirmed to me that all are indeed genuine. I do not dispute that they are from genuine people but I still believe that they have been coordinated by the organisation - the language is just way too corporate and consistent . See what you think.

Hello Nick,
Thank you for your feedback.
When we received your review, we reached out immediately and offered a solution because we genuinely care about our customers’ satisfaction. Of course, we also hoped you might improve your review. There’s nothing wrong with that! Especially in your case, where we did absolutely nothing wrong. If you found the shipping cost too expensive, you had the option not to proceed with your purchase.
We’d also like to emphasise that ALL of our reviews are genuine. Trustpilot collects them independently and displays the “verified” badge to confirm their authenticity.
That said, we truly hope you love your order and still hope you reconsider your rating.
Wishing you a purr-fect weekend! 😺✨
Yours sincerely,

A really fun mug that will make a really fun gift!
I really like the mug; it's extremely cute, and I am looking forward to giving it to my mom. I hope that it will make her laugh every time she uses it. It's super fun to have a gift that has not only a customized message, but a customized cartoon, as well.
