Shocking service – avoid this company.

The sizing is completely inaccurate. I'm a UK 2XL, but their 4XL fits more like a UK Large at best.
I ended up placing two orders because they messed up the first one with the wrong names and sizes. Delivery also took 3–4 weeks, which is unacceptable.
I'm still waiting for my refund. It was promised on 2 July, and it's now 9 July. I've had no response despite chasing them multiple times.

To make matters worse, they contacted me asking if I would delete my review. My answer is simple: refund my money first, then we'll talk.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I ordered three football shirts on a Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotion. When my order finally arrived, there was only ONE shirt in the package. How does that even happen? You packed the parcel yourselves, yet instead of admitting the mistake, you expected me to complain and then asked me to provide proof that only one item was delivered. Seriously? You were the ones who packed and shipped it. You already knew exactly what was inside the parcel.

Your excuse was that you “couldn’t get hold of the manufacturers” for the other shirts I ordered. If that’s true, why wasn’t I informed immediately? Why did you decide to send one shirt and leave the other two out without any proper communication? A simple email or message explaining the situation would have prevented so much frustration. Instead, I was left wondering where the rest of my order had gone.

I’m now having to go through the hassle of getting a refund for items that should never have been missing in the first place.

To try and make things right, you offered me free express delivery as compensation. I accepted because England are in the World Cup, and I wanted my replacement shirt to arrive in time. A few days later, you changed your mind and told me express delivery wasn’t available after all. So not only did you fail to send my order correctly, but you also went back on the compensation you had already promised. That’s completely unacceptable.

The biggest issue, however, is your communication. It is absolutely dreadful. Whether you contact them by WhatsApp or email, replies take far too long, if they come at all. Every simple question turns into a waiting game. I’ve honestly never dealt with a company that communicates this badly. Customer service is non-existent.

Between sending an incomplete order without telling me, asking me to prove your own packing mistake, making promises you couldn’t keep, constantly changing your story, and taking forever to respond, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish.

I will never order from Kits26 again, and I strongly advise anyone thinking about buying from them to look elsewhere unless you want poor communication, broken promises, and unnecessary stress.

So kits26 and cheap kits. Sounds almost too good to be true. It almost is and for a lot of people it will be fine but for some it's an absolute disaster, let me tell you why.

Quality - Everything comes with tags and labels and if they're fake, you'd never know. They look and feel just like the real thing.

Sizing - It's small. The sizes are asian and approximations. I made the mistake of believing the bits on the website but it you take the actual cm measurements, these come up small. I'd buy 1 or 2 sizes up depending on how you want your fit.

Customer service - This is where the problem is. If you get your kits and they're in good condition and the right size great.

If not, you're screwed.

They basically won't accept a return. I asked 5 times for the return address in 10 days of emails with support and every time the reply was "It'll cost too much for you to ship it to China, so take our 20% off and ust buy some more shirts" or they completely ignore the question.

How about no? I want a refund, and for the record it's about £15 to ship to China which is less than £70 for 3 more shirts.

The replies are formulated and scripted, they all come from one address and they are SLOW. Expect one reply to your email, every 36 hours or so. They never give you extra information. An email exchange with support goes something like this.

You: Hi, can I return these please they're wrong size/faulty/etc.
Kits26: Yes we have a 28 day return policy.
You: Ok, where do I return it to?
Kits26: Our return policy is 28 days. It would be expensive for you to return them, and take a long time so would you like a discount code for 20% so you can just buy more?
You: Can I order some more and return these ones? What is the return address and the code?
Kits26: We do not think it is worthwhile to return, so if you would like the code, let us know.

Infuriating.

Ordered 3 kits for my children and they absolutely love them, great quality kits thank you!

Effectively stole from me. They weren't able to find the shirt I bought so never got round to sending anything. Fast forward to 2 months later and after multiple emails without response I am still not refunded. Try another company, this one is untrustworthy.

Took over a month to arrive 2 of the shirts were way too small. The whole returns process is a battle that I am still fighting…DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered 3 jerseys, took a month to arrive. Material was flimsy, poor quality. One of the jerseys was the French jersey and on opening could see the the patch/logo was half stuck on.. one or two washes and I expect the stuck on patches will be gone. Looks awful as it is. Suffice to say the first order will be the last. Unless you want to waste your money and be left waiting a month+ for a rubbish product, stay clear.

Stock very limited. Delivery, which hasn't been completed, has been going on for a month or so now. Even the refund I was to get due to unavailable stick took approximately a month even though they had verified weeks before

Great price, great quality. Tracking was really useful so always knew what was going on. Would definitely order again!

Posted a review here 2 weeks ago, kits26 replied saying they would send out a replacement jersey, they were telling absolute lies, I contacted them on WhatsApp and sent pictures of the poor quality they promised to send a correct replacement, again this was not the case, instead they sent me an email stating they were investigating, after hearing nothing for another week I emailed again and got no response, only after a 3rd email was sent to them did they get back and offer me a refund. They were very quick to take my money and wouldn’t have given me the refund if I hadn’t kept emailing. Stay well clear

Avoid. Ordered 3 jerseys, one arrived. Customer service so poor and still waiting for a refund on jerseys that never arrived (apparently out of stock but still selling on the website).

Would not order from Kits26 again.

I ordered a football shirt for the World Cup, but delivery took forever, so I ended up buying the original shirt from Adidas in the end. As the shirt from Kits26 was not yet dispatched I asked for them to cancel my order, but was told this would not be possible. I was then given a tracking number as proof that it had shipped, but that just showed "submitted for shipment", but it took another week or so until it was actually shipped.

The most frustrating part is the customer service. I have been trying for days to get the item returned, but I am just going around in circles with them offering me first 30% discount on another item if I keep it, then 50% refund for the current one and then again 30% discount for another item. At this point I don't want anything to do with them anymore and just return the item, but I keep getting the same auto generated emails again and again.

I would not recommend ordering from them, it's the same quality you can get on other Chinese websites for a third of the price.

Brought 2 England tops home and away they fit perfectly for me I would recommend. Absolutely nothing wrong with them . Perfect 👌

The jersey was really good when It arrived the quality and fit is really good also there’s a variety of different kits for any team you want and the price is really worth it don’t see why wouldn’t you buy it . The delivery is about 3 weeks if you get a custom jersey if not be around 2 weeks but definitely worth the wait 5 stars from me .

I order mine last week and still hasn’t come and emailed me recently tha the jersey I ordered if sold out and waiting for a restock it was the Liverpool third kit with Isak 9 on the back and I got an email way before that it was ready to be shipped and delivered I tried to ask for a refund and they never got back to me 🤬🤬

Update 2 was told all my items have been processed but can't tell me if they have been received by courier, items were ordered 23rd it's now 4th.

Update so after saying I can't get a refund my items are not in stock and what shirts would I like instead, but still won't give me a refund. An absolute joke of a company

Ordered three shirts but after reading reviews of the delivery time taking weeks and how the size of the shits are not true tried to cancel within 1 hour of the orderer being placed. Was told I was too late as the order had been processed, when I receive the items I will update with delivery time should be quick as it was processed in under an hour. Will also comment how far out the sizes are. Have contacted PayPal for assistance.

Brought a few shirts of them, amazing quality the sizing you should always size up but that being said the player version and the normal version is great the quality and speedy delivery.. I had a problem with two other shirts sent them over the pictures more than happy to help and they sent out new shirts.

Extremely helpful team at Kits26. I wanted a shirt that wasn’t on their website and they went out of their way to source exactly what I was looking for. They replied to emails quickly and when the shirt arrived, the quality was absolutely brilliant. They could charge more and still be an absolute bargain. Brilliant service - delivery took a little while but for a custom shirt that would have cost a hell of a lot more otherwise, I have no complaints

Really bad sizing - my husband is usually L and XXL didn’t fit him. Be cautious when buying as the cost of returning an item that doesn’t fit, is the same as the actual top. And the return is at your own expense.

Ordered 2 home Netherlands top also a home Nigerian top. Two came can't complaint about the quality they are amazing, but still one shirt missing. I've been in contact with kits26 got a new tracking order that ended up being stuck at customers, I raised this concern then got told the next day that it's been delivered. Which is hasn't, such a shame because the 2 I did receive at quality, I use to use clubretros but they've disappeared, now I have to go & find another site because kits26 seem like there trying to con me out of my third shirt that I paid for lm
