Kite Flooring Anmeldelser

Excellent customer service.
I spent almost a year trying to find the right floor and visited at least a dozen flooring companies.. I was looking for a herringbone prime floor. Found Kite flooring on Instagram and loved the look of the floors but was sure they’d be out of my budget. After a few emails we visited their shop in London and Ed spent a considerable amount of time explaining the difference between the ranges, wood treatments and durability. We were shown large sample boards and went for the Maurice floor. The customer service was fantastic, one of the best companies we dealt with during our renovation project.
The floor looks amazing and we’ve had so many compliments. Would highly recommend Kite Flooring.

Would highly recommend

Fantastically high quality flooring. Great service from the Kite team, all at an affordable price.

Great team and excellent results. Felt like a proper bespoke service.

I ADORE the flooring that Kite built in my flat - the results are much better than I ever could have hoped for! The team were so helpful and the process was smooth. Big shout out to Andy, Ed and especially James.

I have recently bought a bespoke Chevron flooring that is perfectly complementing my interior design project.
Kite flooring was able to match the colour, the size of the chevron and the thickness of the wood that i wanted for the project at a very reasonable price for a bespoke European wood flooring quality.

The deliver was on time and the final result of the flooring is just stunning.

The team is very kind and responsive I recommend to visit them at their Shoreditch showroom.

Very good service and the best wood floor boards in London. I’m recommending it to my friends and will be buying again from them in the future. Clearly higher quality than the flooring products of competitors

We had a brilliant experience with Kite when fitting our beautiful new laminate floor. We had an old, damaged floor that needed to be removed and an uneven sub floor that required levelling, but the work was completed within a week and the fitters were fantastic. We’d recently painted our flat and they managed to avoid any damage! Kite’s premium laminate is stunning, it’s totally transformed our home. We would 100% recommend Kite, the communication and attention to detail throughout has been second to none.

Exceptional attention to skill and attention to detail. They were flexible and accommodating with timelines and I am beyond thrilled with the final product which is the highlight of my flat!

Brilliant service and communication - I run an interior design studio and needed a floor refinishing so got in touch with Kite Flooring to see if they are able to help.
Patrick was super helpful and responsive in helping me create samples and then the approved finish I wanted.
The existing floor needed a lot of work due to quite severe wear and tear.
They removed all of the damage to the floorboards and refinished them in the beautiful approved finish.

The team at Kite delivered an exceptional job for a recent client of ours in Cobham. The team kindly spent time going through all the different option with our client, understanding delays in the refurbishment project and then completing the job quickly and to an exceptional standard. We will continue to recommend Kite Flooring to all of our customers who have flooring needs.

Kite did an exceptional job in helping me choose my timber parquet flooring. From initial site inspections all the way through to delivery and install. Andy was a superb communicator throughout the process and Robbie’s team did a fantastic job fitting the timber in tricky circumstances (an old Victorian building on quite the slope). Safe to say they went the extra mile for me.

I absolutely love what they created and it completely makes the whole space.

Thanks again Kite!

We were really happy with Ed and the Kite team. Ed was knowledgable and helpful from the outset, the floor arrived on time and as promised and we were pleased with the quality. Over all an excellent service.

Very nice wooden light oak floor and good service quality. We received good advice, had good communication during the process and the floor was easy to fit by our builders.
We use wooden floor in the whole house including kitchen and we are happy of the result. We recommend kite-flooring !

I think I must have visited about 6 floor shops and spent hours online before finally and gratefully finding kite. Simple questions were finally answered- we wanted something affordable, hard wearing and of course beautiful. We have been extremely happy and very much recommend. Trustworthy, professional and great products!

We are really pleased with our floors. We have three kids and a busy house. Floors are perfect. Great service and clear that the team laying the floors were proper experts. All the preparations and guidance was clear and we have had no issues since floors were put down. Highly recommend Kite team.

Beautiful floor. Huge thanks to Ed and the team who helped us enormously with choosing and supplying the lovely new cork floor for our garden office. The whole process couldn’t have been more straight forward and the finished product is fabulous. Thank you!

I highly recommend Kite Flooring. They have a beautiful range of oak boards (some of which with subtle differences that make a big impact when you're flooring large areas), which the team are very knowledgable on.
A huge amount of care goes into the fitting. I have had a lot of contractors in our house during our renovations and can say that Robbie & the fitting team are absolutely lovely. We had some problems with the sub layer that our builders put down but Ed was very understanding, rectified it and the fitters returned another day to continue. I also found Kite to be competitively priced. We are thrilled with our floor and would definitely use Kite again.

Incredible and reliable service. Most flooring companies turned us away as they were daunted by the scale of our flooring project. Ed and the Kite Flooring team are exceptional and professional at what they do. If you need cork flooring fitted for any sized job trust Kite Flooring!

I would highly recommend using Kite. I had a smooth and hassle-free experience with this company from start to finish....and that's exactly what I needed whilst doing a complete house refurb. Their products are of a superb quality and stand out immensely from other companies...trust me, I done a lot of research! Ed and his team were AMAZING, every single one of them from start to finish. I have lost count of the amount of compliments I have received on my flooring. It's absolutely beautiful and I love it! Would I recommend anyone using Kite - absolutely. Would I use Kite again - without a shadow of doubt! Go-on....use this company too, you won't regret it.

Kite were so easy to use and I love my new floor! They provided a superb service and guided me through the whole process sending out someone to asses my flat which was being renovated and they came up with some really insightful suggestions. I would highly recommend using these guys!
