Rugmaster Anmeldelser

The whole experience was simple. My rug was picked up, the options available to me were set out clearly and then my chosen option was executed speedily and well.

Rugmaster cleaned six oriental rugs of mine, carried out a detailed appraisal of them with very interesting comments on the rugs' origins and ages, and then expertly repaired them, including one which had been seriously damaged by moths. The work was expertly done and I would gladly recommend Rugmaster for the cleaning and repair of rugs.

Great service from Sam, would recommend. Very happy with cleaning and large red wine stain removal.

Brilliant service. Quick to respond to emails. And the carpets came back looking like new!

My wife and I purchased a beautiful handmade Kazak tribal rug in Turkey in the 1980s. The rug became a central part of our home for many years but when we acquired a puppy in 2015 he began to chew the edge of the rug so we rolled it up and stored it under a bed for @ 7yrs. Sadly, when we decided to use the rug again we discovered that it had been badly moth-eaten. After a couple more years we decided to see if we could get it repaired. We contacted quite a few suppliers but decided to entrust the work to Rugmasters. We are so please that we did! Sam, the owner was extremely helpful and understood how much we cherished the rug. The rug has now been cleaned and moth-roofed, and all the damaged areas, including the pet damage have been restored. The texture, colour and pattern matching are of such a high-standard that the damaged areas are now impossible to detect. Thank you Rugmaters for a superb job!

We were very please with the restoration of our tired and beaten up rug

Sam and his team were very professional and the repairs were done quickly

We would highly recommend them

I entrusted my precious Persian rug to Rugmaster for cleaning, and repair of a bad hole. I couldn’t have been happier with the service provided and the end result. My rug is looking better than ever and the restoration is invisible. Can’t say better than that!

I would unreservedly give them my recommendation.

Sam is always so helpful. The quality of the work is excellent. we use them to alter or adjust rugs for awkward spaces.

Very professional.freindly and honest!

A really exceptional service. The repairs to my much moth eaten saddle bag cushions are super and invisible. And my damage and dirty Moroccan rug has been restored to former glory. I am really delighted !

A professional service. The employees seem knowledgeable about Persian carpets (and a wide range of other types of rugs) and this is reflected in the quality of the cleaning/ repairing of the carpets.

I had a hand-knotted rug with significant moth damage that’s been in my family for years. They not only cleaned and moth-proofed it but also restored it beautifully to its former state. I’m so impressed with their service and care—highly recommend!

I used Rugmaster to resize the length on a jute rug. Really happy with the finish (the trim on the resized side is indistinguishable from the original one). The rug was collected the same day as booking the service, and it was resized and delivered within the same week. Great communication too. Thanks Sam!

I have used Rugmaster before and again their service was excellent. After their cleaning of my rug the colours and texture have come back to life and it looks and feels as it did when I bought it 20 years ago, I couldn't be more pleased.

Repair of a Persian rug was really well done. Very good service: helpful staff, excellent workmanship.

Rugmaster have done an excellent job on both of our rugs recently.
Deep clean, de-mothed and repaired damage on the fringe and the leather grips on one, then deep clean, colour restoration and total fringe repair on the other. Both are totally transformed back to their former glory - superb results on both. Customer service and attention to detail also excellent - collection and delivery service great too.
Couldn't have asked for more - thank you Rugmaster.
To be strongly reccomended.

Sam and his team were brilliant - experts in their field, professional and always attentive to customer needs and expectations. I loved their restoration work on my two kilims - especially the colours they restored.

They were true to their word and I’m so pleased with the results.

Very good service. Happy to recommend!
